I felt pressured into at least a 15% tip. Through the drive through... A tip is for over-and-above service, not standard service.The shakes were good. The staff was friendly enough.
First time here, first time in Tremonton! Read some reviews and a lot of folks seemed to complain about the service. I must say, ours was great. Fast (faster than a lot log other chains I’ve been to) food was good (had the turkey and Swiss) they even accidentally made two sets of drinks by accident and gave us both (one for the road!) the only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is the tip. The atmosphere was great but that's about where it ends. The service was under whelming and the food was not very good at all. The shakes were gross!! Like seriously didn't eat them after the first few bites. The ice cream was the watery crystaly yucky soft serve. The chicken tenders were tiny and not very good. The fries were good though.
