Please be honest in the time it will actually be ready. Don't tell me 30 minutes when you know it will be 45. You make an angry customer when you don't tell them the real time when it will be ready. Don't lie to the customer. Be up front and say we have a long wait time tonight of 45 - 60 minutes instead of saying it will be ready in 30 minutes. At least I'm not waiting 10 - 15 extra minutes waiting in the parking lot, when I could have known when to really come and pick it up.
Pizza us always good, my only bad experience was called in an order, the young lady then proceeded to repeat my order and gave me the total and informed me should take 15-20min.We had a meeting at 630pm so wanted to grab lunch before we had our meeting. Arrived and nothing couldn't find my order. The young gentleman said well the persons who took my order had said my call cut off when she asked if they was all and she tried calling me so they didn't push my order through. I roll into this place from time to time to snag some breadsticks I also frequent their location in Hyrum, I'm in the Hyrum area often even though I live in Tremonton.This visit on Saturday afternoon I snagged some breadsticks and an order of wings. The bread sticks were spot on as normal! And the wings were not too shabby as well. Exactly what I'd expect from a pizza place like this.. nothing special but not garbage.
