Waited at the counter to order for food for 20 minutes because staff “assumed” we had ordered in the app. They didn’t bother asking if we were waiting for an order, no one came to the front counter.When someone finally came to the counter to take our order, we tried to order several items only to be told they were sold out.Once we received food it was ok, but not worth the wait over.It used to be fun going there when traveling because there isn’t one near us, now I can’t...read full review

Update: Jan. 1, 2024, we were able to go in and have lunch. That was nice. The food was decent fast food burger.7/2021 - we were coming back into town from a long drive and decided to stop by Jack in the box so we ordered ahead on the app at 9:37 pm. You have 5-7 min when you select prepare food to pick it up. So literally we selected prepare as we were driving we were 5 min away. Stopped by on Christmas day, the food is what it is but service was excellent. Jorge at the front register was excellent. I am sure working on Christmas is tough, but he had a great attitude even when waves of people came in and the Coke machine needed to be serviced. He handled it all so well and did an amazing job. The service and care he gave made the stop worth it.
