I had a long 12hr day at work and placed an order with these guys to pick up on my way home to Kanarraville fro Bloomington and when I got home I realized the order was made wrong. I called them and spoke to Bruce, not knowing if anything could be done from this far away, and his reaction was amazing, he made us feel validated with our food restrictions and took action and called the closest location to us in Cedar to have the order remade. Super convenient, location, management is exceptional, place is clean and ready to go. We had no problem at all getting our food, everything was hot and ready when we got there. Store was clean, and the staff was friendly!!

Got a text from Papa John's saying my order was ready when I was pulling in. Walk in and said I'm here to pick up my order. She checked and said it was not done give me a minute. The text message system needs to be better. When I got the pizza rude lady giving me the pizza. Pizza was good.
