Don't know or care to try their food. And I don't know which location keeps doing it so I'm putting the same review on both. I'm getting sick and tired of coming out of my job to find a flyer on my car when there is a high chance of rain. I already had one seal to my driver's window and another to my windshield from rain. Please stop putting your ads on cars when it can rain.

The product quality and service have tanked to the point that I will never return. With each of our last several visits, we just keep hoping that somehow it will magically get better. Our latest visit finally brought us to our senses.When the app showed that our pizza was ready, it still took 10 to 15 minutes longer, because they forgot part of our order but still marked it as done. We came back when we were told to, they looked up and saw us and asked us what our name was. Then I heard one of the workers tell the cashier that our whole order was fianlly done and asked him to give it to us. He just stared at us and walked away. It was really weird. We were so nice when they told us it wasn't done the first time. We told them that type of thing happens, and we get it.I would have been okay at that point if they hadn't given us the worst pizza we've ever had from there...or pretty much anywhere. (The only worse pizza I've had is the barbecue chicken pizza that a co-worker ordered from a Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas. ?)Anyway, we ordered three pizzas all the same size, and one was 3 inches smaller than the other two. One pizza had almost no cheese on it. They must have taken the cheese meant for that pizza, and they probably dumped it on one of the other pizzas. There was so much cheese, it was spilling over the crust. Somehow they were able to be consistent in burning all three pizzas, however. Papa John's pizza crust is usually THE BEST, but at my last visit, the pizza crust was not soft, not chewy, and not tasty.This is going to sound sad, but now I have to drive several miles to visit a different location to get my Papa John's fix. It's unfortunate.

I called and placed an order for delivery, 20 to 25 mins to get delivered.After 30 mins I called to follow up just in case driver got lost,I was then informed another 20 mins, because they only have 1 delivery guy.I wish I was made aware when I initially called so I could have picked it up instead!

The manager literally handed me my order, and after telling him to have a good night? He looks past me and says "Next" wow!!! Completely disrespectful and unacceptable from a manager, or any employee for that matter. I've been in the food business a long time and you should probably put your team through more appropriate socialism training. This experience will be shared and my business here will continue to stay discontinued after this nasty experience. ( Also the pizza sucked!!)

The clerk was disrespectful when he didn't understand the name, then the manager comes up handed the food and screamed out NEXT not courteous at all, just we're done with you, okay.... then the food was not the best one pizza not right and the cheese sticks only had cheese in the middle area -look I can look over one issue not 3 - do better this was really uncool. ?

Got a text from Papa John's saying my order was ready when I was pulling in. Walk in and said I'm here to pick up my order. She checked and said it was not done give me a minute. The text message system needs to be better. When I got the pizza rude lady giving me the pizza. Pizza was good.

I didn’t like the pepperoni pizza too much but the cheese pizza was actually pretty good. Not too bad with some coupons.
I had a long 12hr day at work and placed an order with these guys to pick up on my way home to Kanarraville fro Bloomington and when I got home I realized the order was made wrong. I called them and spoke to Bruce, not knowing if anything could be done from this far away, and his reaction was amazing, he made us feel validated with our food restrictions and took action and called the closest location to us in Cedar to have the order remade. We went to pick it up and they took really good care of us per Bruce's request and offered a cherry on top for down the road. We appreciate him going above and beyond, especially with how difficult the holidays can be on service workers, and we won't forget the kindness! Merry Christmas!
