“Passing through North Salt Lake, I wanted local flair and found it at Apollo Burger. The blue cheese burger was just like what we make at home with tons of flavor, perfect bacon, and plenty of cheese. Just when I thought the burger and fries were great, I tasted the milk shake...wow! If you have a large appetite and need a good burger, go to Apollo Burger.“

“We stopped at Apollo Burger on our way home to Idaho after a long flight. Neither of us had ever been there so we asked for a recommendation from the employee running the window. He told us to pull forward and gave us a rundown of his favorite things. Based off of his recommendations we each got a delicious burger and he threw in some baklava on the house. Everything we ate was great and the service was top notch. If we are ever passing through again, we will definitely be stopping.“

“First time at the SLC location, but they never disappoint! The food is always phenomenal and the staff is so friendly. Kiki was especially delightful -- I'd totally try to be her friend if I weren't just passing through!Today we both got milkshakes, we shared a mac, I got the reuben, and he got the SLC stake sandwich. So good!Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan!Dietary restrictions: Plenty of clearly labeled gluten-free options. And all items that contain nuts are clearly labeled.“

“Store is over crowded frequently, but the staff and food well make up for it.Parking: Over crowded and a drive thru line around the entire parking lot and out into the street.Kid-friendliness: There is only one menu and not proportioned for smaller kids.“

“College tour, and we were looking for something we can't get at home. Apollo Burgar was OUTSTANDING!! Service staff was spot on, cleanliness was top notch and the food....DELICIOUS!! The atmosphere was excellent, quite great music playing in the background. Definitely need an Apollo Burger in Wisconsin!! Forgot to mention the Apollo sauce. That sauce is out of this world, DELICIOUS!!!“

“They are extremely nice! It was my first time, and they knocked it out of the park. The Chefs salad with honey mustard dressing was really good. During a time when most places take so long to get your food because of being short staffed... not at Crown Burgers. The food was good. The service was wonderful. The owner cares about the business. Family run. Go! Just go and get Crown Burgers!And... they have Baklava!!!“

“Stopped in to try this place out. We’ve heard good things about the fluffy burger and Mac n cheese burger.Fluffy burger was great! It was delicious, great proportions, so good.Mac n cheese was pretty bland, and very small size. A very over priced burger. We liked it enough to give it 4 stars.“

“Had a grilled chicken sandwich with the applewood bacon and house sauce, and whoo, that was delicious. The chicken was great. Came out nice and hot with a little bit of saltiness. The staff seemed friendly as well. They were playing the Beatles too, so that's always a bonus.“

“Such a good spot if you’re looking for a classic cheese burger. Best fast food cheese burger in SLC. Fry sauce is the best I’ve had in Utah. Staff is very friendly. Drive thru can take a little long but well worth it if you have the time to wait.“

“Really great sandwich place located in woodbine food hall. Got the Italian beef sandwich and it was incredible. The giardineria and beef were very well done, lots of flavor. The bread was also super tasty. Definitely a recommended spot for anyone looking to grab a good sandwich in the granary district!“

“Hired Black Sliders Food Truck for a recent corporate event and can't recommend them enough. Great communication with Aaron, arrived on time and kept food flowing quickly. The sliders were delicious, we received tons of compliments from our attendees. Highly recommend for Black Sliders for any event!“

“Visit on a Thursday afternoon. Staff are very nice. Service is a bit challenged. Not certain if staffing issues or they did not prepare for the day. I would have taken pictures of our food but a 20 minute wait for a table resulted in us being really hungry by the time we were finally served. I'll give them another opportunity and adjust accordingly.“

“My wife and I have been wanting to try out the Local for a little while now. We finally made it there when wait times at other nearby restaurants were all over 1 hour. The design aesthetic in this place is beautiful, clean, and very enjoyable to take in. We enjoyed being able to get food from 3 different places and drinks at the bar and then take it to our table. The corned beef Reuben was 2/5. I think it was a little too soggy and lacked an additional flavor like more salt, or mustard, or the sauerkraut needed more of a punch. The steak quesadilla was 5/5 very good and the steak had great flavor! I ordered a beer which I though the pricing at $7 was reasonable. My wife got a margarita which was 2/5. We also got an M&M cookie from the coffee shop and it was super yummy. Every single person we interacted with was overly nice. These food halls are such a fun concept and it makes me sad to see that we were only 2 other groups in the building during peak hours on a Saturday while March Madness is in town. This is an awesome option if you have a larger group, didn't plan ahead and get a reservation, or are eating with people that have differing taste buds.“

“I came here earlier this month and have been once a week since. The W Burger is SO GOOD. The onion rings are also the best quality. I order takeout and feel the staff is friendly. The cashier Braxton seems to go above and beyond to get things done as quickly as possible. Been 5 times this month - all good experiences. It's quickly become a family favorite.“

“A Salt Lake City classic not to be missed...As someone visiting the area for a few weeks, I wanted to be able to try some of the food that SLC is known for.At the top of pretty much every list of food for this part of Utah is the Crown Burger. This is a quarter pound cheeseburger with shredded lettuce, onion, and "fry sauce" (which is a subject for another review!). Oh, and a ridiculously large portion of pastrami topping off the whole thing! What a meal!!I finished off lunch with an order of onion rings and a large lemonade. My heart is VERY happy right now!“

“I've tried this place for the first time recently and the cashier (Amie) was very helpful and courteous. Amie told me what's popular and helped me pick out the right sandwich, (Santa Barbara ) ...it was delicious! Amie's customer service was amazing. The food was great. I will definitely come back soon.“

“I gotta give props when props are earned. Cool industrial vibe, looks like an old automotive shop but just the building not the decor.Great burger! I had the Proper style and it was really good. Soft tasty bun, fresh fixins, pickles were unique and complemented to entire meal. Fries were simple and good, just a good not over fancy fry and a good amount of them. The fry sauce was fantastic. I will be back“

“I LOVE this place! I eat fries here pretty much every day after school on my way home, so the cashiers usually recognize me and are SUPER nice, they Often give me extra fry sauce (which is BOMB and made in house) and nice little conversations cause I'm there so much. I personally think their fries and fry sauce are the best around from any fast food place I can think of, but they actually have amazing food just in general. I used to love getting a hot and steaming bowl of their special Lemon Rice while I waited in the cold mornings right across the street while waiting on the bus which stops right across the street, and is the only real bus in Davis county, the 470. So if you're on the bus anyways, why not hop off and get some awesome grub ! It's never too busy when I go, service is fast and always brand new fresh crispy fries, I've never had cold or soggy ones, like you often get at a McDonald's or Burger King. And I always yell real loud as I leave, "Thank you guys! Have an awesome day!" And they all yell back "Your welcome have a great day thank you!" And that always makes me smile ?Vegetarian options: I'm pretty sure they have salads and stuff that are vegetarian friendly, but man they have lotsss of meat and it's all amazing! ?? Especially their kabob things!Dietary restrictions: I definitely don't diet, haha I'm a young active and growing lad, that's why I get fries with 3 extra fry sauce, 2-4 days every week after class in the evenings lol. But hey they have great lemon rice, and salads, and everything's really fresh and seems like high quality ingredients and vegetables every time especially for a fancy fast food place.Parking: Plenty of spots, as it's usually not that busy.Kid-friendliness: There's often a few little kids there that hangout and play around, it's like a real good family vibe and the staff seem really close and like they actually enjoy each other's company, which is rare.Wheelchair accessibility: It's available I think?“

“After today’s long wait, lack of selection, stone cold food, paltry portions this place won’t be around long. They got my last dollar today. I mean really a BBQ joint that doesn’t have any cornbread at noon. Dicky’s won’t have any competition when they open in the spring because this place will be closed long before that!“

“This location is so incredible busy, it’s almost not worth it to get lunch here. But the burgers are so good that I waited 45 mins for one. It has kind of an awkward layout; there’s not much room to stand or sit while waiting for your name to be called. And you can’t go too far because, again, you’re waiting to hear your name called.“

“I originally wrote a bad review for this place, because I had a bad experience at first due to missing kids meals and cold food. BUT, the staff fixed the issues and very nicely. Replicating the whole order even though we only had missing kids meals. They even redid the milkshakes! The food was delicious and hot the second time and the burger was really so super good that I erased the bad review. This is probably the best cheeseburger I've had from any food joint, and deserves 5 out of 5 for the staff and the food. I'm glad I decided to give them a second chance versus a refund, because all the trouble was worth it, and I don't have to feel like a Karen, leaving them a bad review without the chance to make it right. They definitely made it right and it was worth all the trouble with 2 trips and whinny hungry kids on the night before Easter. Will be eating there again! Thanks guys!“
“After a day of moving, we were hungry but it was Easter in Utah so we had to do some searching for an open place! Proper Brewing came up so we gave it a try. We almost passed it up because it looked closed from the outside.Pro’s: friendly staff, quick seating and deliciously fresh food. I had the spicy chicken burger, hubs had the turkey pastrami, son had the fish and chips. We were all very happy with the food. Prices were fair too.Con’s: Being in hospitality, I tend to spot ( and be bothered by) the things that should be happening. For example, all the tables (4 or so) that finished up and left during our visit, still were not bussed when we’d left. I don’t want to look at someone’s cold, half eaten burger, dirty napkins and messy tables. There were plenty of chit chatters in the back, where we sat. Also, we saw people waiting at the front for service while everyone else was in the back.Overall: we will be back to enjoy the food.“

“I wish I had pictures for you, but unfortunately I stuffed my face with Melt Shack's sandwiches and fries two nights in a row and didn't get any photo evidence. I was craving late night food two days back to back (dangerous) and Melt Shack popped up as an option to be delivered. Greasy, ooey gooey grilled cheeses that I added veggies to, and delicious perfectly crispy fries that survived the delivery without getting soggy. I was so impressed. They're located inside of Salt Lake City Eats which is becoming a hub of some of my favorite to-go/delivery spots, and a handful of them are open late! If you go to pick up from Salt Lake City Eats, your food is a put into a locker for you to grab once you sign in with your order number. Or, you can get it delivered if you're lazy like me. This isn't a traditional seated restaurant or food court, it's soley to-go/delivery. Worth the order, for sure! Especially for those late night greasy cravings.“

“Founded in 1959 and the atmosphere and food feel what movies have made me think that experience was like. The food is fine, it's not gourmet, but it hits the spot. The menu is expansive, as long as your expectations are "burger joint".I was told this is an SLC institution, and from the crowds and the experience I can see that is true, and now I also know why.If I lived here I'd go often, as a visitor, I'm glad it was part of my trip, and I would recommend it to other visitors.Parking: lots of parking spaces, but the lot was almost entirely full as it's shared with several other businesses.Kid-friendliness: Very kid and baby friendly, with high chairs and booster seats, and kids menu.Wheelchair accessibility: no stairs and I believe the entry space was wide enough for a wheelchair.“

“The food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the French fries and fry sauce. The gyro sandwich was very good and had an middle eastern taste to it. My husband enjoyed the mushroom hamburger with a rootbeer-float on the side. With our meal, we spent $28.The atmosphere felt like a hotel dining room. The service is very good as well.Parking: Limited free parking spots next to the building.“

“Best breakfast in Utah hands-down. Not just for the Heavenly Cakes (truly) but for the super fun and attentive staff. Even on a busy weekend, Hector was friendly, always checking in on iced tea refills, talkative, and welcoming. The rest of the staff-Angel, Carla, and everyone seemed happy, we were all grooving with the Beatles on the hi-fi, overall a great sunday morning vibe. Go!“
