“Best Shakes in the WORLD (Well, out of all of the places I've been). The shakes are especially good if you want chocolate ice cream as the base. They use chocolate ice cream, not vanilla with syrup. The fries are delicious, too. Crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside.“

“Every employee, every where, is paid to some sort of service. At Apollo, they are paid to make and serve food. However, they do NOT have to smile. They do NOT have to drop fresh fries in the fryer so we get crispy, hot fries . They do NOT have to seem genuinely interested in making sure we get what we ask for and enjoy it. There is a difference between forced kindness and actual kindness. Every single time I visit Apollo burger the employees display all of the above characteristics. “This is a fantastic hidden gem. When you walk in, you know your going to get a great burger and fries. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries, and it was excellent. The fries are probably the best I've ever had, they are the perfect combination of crispy on the outside and soft of the inside. “We went here because of the great reviews but had a little different experience. The four of us ordered cannelloni, Tuscan chicken pasta, a mushroom pizza, and chicken mushroom ravioli with pesto sauce. Everything was served at the same time, and it was all hot except the ravioli, which was barely warm. The cannelloni (two on the plate) were not pasta in any traditional sense, more like a crepe wrapped around the filling. The food was pretty good, not great, and overpriced in our opinions for the size of the portions, which were adequate but not generous, except for the pizza. It was of a good size. We asked for water and received Costco bottled water at $1.75 each. Our server did as well as she could, but she was the only person running the restaurant, including cooking. We left a decent tip because she earned it, but we will not go back.Edited after reading the owner's two responses (the first, apparently written in haste and anger, was appropriately deleted, but I have a screenshot) --In hindsight I raised the food and general ratings to four stars. As you can see in my review, most of my issues were not with food quality.In my many experiences with Italian restaurants through the years, I have never seen cannelloni served in crepes.Local restaurants generally offer the option of free tap water in glasses. Good flavor, and the bun stays dry (if you don't like any sort of soggy bun, this is a good choice). For some reason, my burger wasn't cut in half like the rest of my group, and my bun was flaky, as in it started to fall apart a bit.Overall, our server was friendly and attentive, and it was a good value for what you pay. The burgers were big and they give you a lot of fries. They have a "spicy" fry sauce. I also had a bloody Mary, which I guess is off the menu, usually only for brunch.
