I ordered on the app and picked it up at the drive thru window. Usually food is still hot or good temp for eating. On this trip, my whopper was cold.Might help if ordered in the parking lot. But usually don't. Fries were still a bit warm. Warmer than burger for sure.Hope they see this and fix the issue.
If you employees don’t what to work nights at the drive thru, don’t open they always on a bad mood and super rude. Not one time always I past after work it’s the same and they take forever.

I come here often to the drive thru to get food for my son before I pick him up from school. The cashier Heather has excellent customer service skills and so does another slim young man with glasses (don’t know his name).
