They're were out of cheese, jokingly asked if I got a discount? The girl rolled her eyes and said no! On top of that they charged me for large cups for water. Which is fine normally if that's a policy, but since things aren't what they were supposed to be they could have kindly just offered the cups as a kind gesture. Instead just received teenage attitude!

Three times I have been to the one on 5600 three times. They got our order wrong. The first time we called in had a delivery. They covered it and mayonnaise. That was the only dressing. Second time we went through the drive-thru asked for a number. I don't remember the number but it said oil and vinegar got through. The drive-thru started in mayonnaise again. The third time we went through the drive-thru asked for oil vinegar and oregano with no mayonnaise which wasn't even on the menu. We got our sandwich. All they put on it was oregano. They certainly was not busy so not doing this again at this location

I ordered online and asked for no tomatoes because I am allergic to them. My wrap came with tomatoes and I tried to remove them but the seeds and tomatoe juice and leaked throughout the wrap and I couldn't risk eating it. I do not like wasting money or food but I had to throw it out.

I should have known better than to go to JJohns, last time I got food poisioning along with two others.I ordered tonight for delivery the website made it pick up, when I called the store I was meet by very rude people, on some kind of ego trip because they are the manger of the store.This person should not be working with the public, at all she or he should be cleaning sewer lines in the cold alone were her / him should not be around other people. I have never meet or incountered a more entitled person in my life. I guess if the the food posioning dont get you there the poor customer service will.

This company should look at who they hire and what ego they put in a postion of power ...little hitler please call with all your complants to the coroperate office

Great service!!!My cousin and I walked in and didn't know what we wanted to order, and the staff kindly gave their recommendation.I ordered the Italian wrap and the potato salad. So GOOD! The restaurant was clean and very well staffed. Very good vibes in here. 10/10 would recommend this location :)
Ripped off . I went in ordered a combo for lunch. I got the spicy italian, chips and drink. They charged me 23 plus tip. When my sandwich came it was just a regular , not the gargantum . I brought it up to them, and they said I didn't tell them the larger size. Would I need to? if they charge over 20 bucks for a sandwich,chips and drink. I went to their website and punch in the same order , and guess what it's only $11.79. Never eating here again.

When I walked in, the cashier did not say hi, just said, "What can I get for you?" I ordered my sandwich with all the freebies and extra oregano, oil, and extra peppers... my sandwich only had tomatoes, lettuce, and 4 single thin onion rings. I barely had any oil and oregano and no peppers. I asked one of the associates to please give me a side of peppers, and her answer was, "Yes, why? So, I explained I did not get any in my sandwich, she looked confused, and then gave me the peppers. Then, another associate was mopping the floor (more like getting the floor wet) she got the mop out and started "mopping" at the front door and then went across the side of the building leaving the floor wet and not drying it. An older customer was getting ready to leave and had to be super careful to walk on the wet floor. It is very unsafe to "mop" the floor, not knowing an accident can happen. (Please see restaurant video for Nov 17th just after 1pm). Also, the table was super sticky ... I did not take any pictures...

this place is a little over a mile away from my place; but every time i’ve ended up ordering, the order hasn’t come here until 30-40 minutes after saying it’s out for delivery. i know you guys have other deliveries, but this has been a consistent thing. :/
