Went to Alexandria found this place for a tasty pizza. The ambience outside was just amazing because of the weather and the crowd. Ordered Deep Dish with loaded veggies and it well cooked. We were all vegetarian and tried veggie dishes and the food was really great. Even the waiter was very good and guided us well as to what to try. Will definitely recommend this.

Bugsy's have restaurant seating on the 1st floor and sports bar upstairs. There's a decent amount of tables for small and large parties at the restaurant with three TVs to watch. Overall vibe is chill and casual if you're looking for pizza, sandwiches or pasta in Old Town. Me & my bro ordered mild buffalo chicken wings (4 drums & 4 flats) to start the night. It was crispy, good sized pieces and covered with a sweet mild buffalo sauce. It was good. I ordered the small deep dish BBQ chicken pizza. The portion sizes are larger than expected. The small (4 slices) were big and maybe enough to share with another person. The pizza was good (7.5/10) . The chicken, cheese, onions & tomatoes blended well together. I think they need to add more bbq sauce on the bottom since it was a light layer to improve the pizza. Besides that, I would try another pizza again at Bugsy's.

My family and I had never been to Old Town so we decided to eat at one of the oldest pizza places there. We were looking forward to some great pizza. We ordered thin crust market place pizza. Pizza was not thin. Our whole pizza was not cooked. The whole pizza was raw. The dough was not cooked. The sauce tasted like a cheap sauce. Had no taste at all. When we complained they didn't understand what we were saying and didn't seem to care. They didn't come back to our table. I've never had terrible pizza until I came here.

Great food. The pizza is delicious. The staff although busy were very hospitable and friendly. Prizes aren't bad. Location is sublime. Atmosphere was amazing. Love the vibes.
We've been here several times, and the food and atmosphere are amazing! The service is hit and miss. The kitchen staff and the greeters are consistently awesome-and yes, the chefs do visit the tables from time to time. The waitstaff, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. That being said, all the other bell ringing attributes are enough to carry the waitstaff and still give Bugsy's a five-star rating. All things considered, they are one of the best pizza places in NOVA.

The service in the restaurant was super slow and they were not busy. After sitting at the table for over 5 min (was never greeted for acknowledgment) decided to go upstairs to the sports bar. The bar tender was very responsive and gave great service. We enjoyed our food and drinks.

The restaurant was relatively open but we were seated right by the kitchen. It felt like we had very little privacy and couldn't have a conversation without feeling eavesdropped on. Our server also seemed less than enthusiastic about being here (maybe because it was New Year's day). The crab dip needed seasoning but the chips were good. We ordered thin crust margherita pizza and felt it was so-so. The dough wasn't too soft, firm enough to hold onto. I think more seasoning in general would have been better but we put red pepper flakes and parmesan and it was ok.
