Slow service, not welcomed when we entered, no thank you for purchasing. Place was dirty. When it was time to pay, The employee didn't ask for my phone number for their loyalty program. Thankfully I knew that there was a bogo coupon if I gave them my phone number. But I wonder how many people missed out on the deal because the employees simply did not ask.
I usually love coldstone but this location needs some serious work. It smells bad and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. There were no other customers in the store and it still took a while to get anyone’s attention- she was talking and laughing on FaceTime with someone instead of helping. I ended up walking out without ordering anything because of how dirty it was.
