I will not tip in advance again. The driver, Muzammil, appeared to stop everywhere else but our house - we were his 6th stop! It's hard to see whether Muddasir baked the pizza to perfection when the pizza was so late coming. Two of the five boxes were completely smashed. Three pizzas were so soggy that it was embarrassing to even serve to teenagers. All of the pizzas were cold and nasty. The brownies were burnt. The store is 10-15 minutes away from the house, 10 minutes that time of night. The time kept getting added to until I called the store. The store was polite and called the driver. However, this was not a driver I hope to get again. The driver confessed that he stopped 5 places before ours, but this was obvious as I was following him as he was leaving the store. I paid $78 for that order for over an hour wait, cold soggy pizzas 2 smashed, and burnt brownies. It's embarrassing how bad they did. We finally got frustrated and called. Originally, the guy on the phone wanted to recook and resend us a new order. However, at this time, it was after 12:30am!!! Umm, no. How does that work? The teens had already filled themselves on soda and were not touching this nasty mess. My husband and I tried a piece of pizza each and it was just nasty. We've not had this bad of luck with Dominos. This is the ONLY reason that we did not give them 1 star.

Very more service. I ordered 2 pizzas and the simplest ones were put in the oven 15 minutes after taking the first one out.

They have figured out when they screw up your order they don't even mark it as out for delivery, then you can't rate them or use the delivery insurance link. DO NOT tip online, that's the only way you'll ever get your pizza

You can't beat the value for dollar here, but you better skip delivery and just head to the store to pick up your order yourself. And don't bother with the Pizza Tracker. It'll tell you your pizza has been delivered when it is entirely missing in action.

Workers need to be more mindful about cuz timers ordering , we ordering on our breaks from our jobs and they messing everything up , I order some wings waited for the confirmation email that says it’s ready , so I’m heading to pick them up , went inside the store , phone was ringing and there was not a soul inside true store , they come out asking if I’m picking up or ordering I said pick up , they start pretending they looking for my order knowing them well that had not made any wings , they tehy got the nerve to ask me if I wanted to wait like ?‍♀️, need to train people better and hired people who really likes costumer service , they were looking at me like if I was stupid or doing something wrong

I tried to place an order for delivery earlier tonight but was told that they are not doing delivery at all. Pick up only. They were not even apologetic about it. It was clearly spoken by the employee that they didn’t care. This will be my LAST time ordering from Domino’s Pizza. I will be contacting the corporate office to let them know that your location chooses not to abide by Domino’s advertised promise.

I ordered delivery at 7:30 online. one medium thin crust pizza and the chocolate lava cake. the order said it was delivered on the tracker app at 8:15. I went outside and searched the front and the back of the house, nothing there. I called the store 4 times waiting for someone to pickup the phone but nobody answered. The order was delivered at 9:20pm.... cold. I'm pregnant and this was a massive headache and totally not worth it.

I ordered a pizza and boneless wings with a bbq dipping cup. The pizza came pretty much cold and they put the bbq sauce on the wings and sent a cup of habanero sauce. There is someone in my household that cannot eat bbq sauce due to allergies which is why I didn’t order with the bbq sauce on the wings. I called and received no answer.

Worst customer service ever. I tried calling back to ask how long it would take to deliver, and the guy said he was busy and hung up on me. I called back 5 times and he either did not answer or the line went dead. I know it is Saturday night but if they cannot answer a phone and just tell you approximately how long it will be, they need to close up and go out of business. Do not use this pizza place! If they do not deliver this pizza, I am going to report them to the BBB. They have no customer service skills at all. Get it from Via Venuto Restaurant! Much better pizza and they treat you right!

Not sure where the lack of communication or poor service is coming from but most of my orders from here have been absolutely awful. Orders being placed for carry out only to find they haven't been done. Employees no where to be found when I enter the store (May 13th at 11:20) . Arguing among employees, like this stuff should be reviewed by a manager or someone in charge. I understand that places like this have mistakes now and then, but due to the recent lack of service I'm questioning why I/anyone would continue business here. No apologies or rectifying the situation, having to repeat a whole order WHILE your making it? Rookie stuff guys. Disappointed customer here.

If you actually want your food, you need to pick it up in the store. Twice now, the Domino's pizza tracker app says they've delivered our pizza when they haven't. When you call the store, no one picks up. In-store pick ups work fine. But delivery is not worth the hassle. There's no way to track a pizza once they say it's been delivered. And there's no way to ask for a refund when they won't pick up the phone. Update: A full 30 minutes after we were notified most recently that our pizza was delivered (when it wasn't), the driver showed up with a cold pizza. When we asked why he said he'd delivered our pizza when he hadn't, he said that he was delivering other pizzas. That's not really an explanation. And this has happened twice now with this particular driver. Do better. We'd much rather know the pizza is out for delivery (and maybe running late) than be left to try to figure out what happened to a missing pizza that we bought and paid for and you said you delivered but we never received.

Tried to order a regular pizza and lava cakes but the automated system tried to overcharge me and wouldnt let me correct my order. I call into a restaurant specifically so I dont have to deal with automated systems. If you are going to use one, it needs to be accurate and reflect the menu prices.
