We did carry out so I can't be totally sure of the atmosphere but it seemed nice. The food is fantastic, and I say run over to get some! Absolutely everything we tried was beyond fantastic. $30 total including tip for two people, and we had some leftovers for the next day.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and the pupusas are GF, plus so much else. I have a ton of choices here. Also if you are vegetarian there are lots of good options.
