This is like my 4th time getting something from this location and its served to me cold. Im a regular for the stuffed bagel minis, at this point i had gotten used to the cheese on the inside being as cold as it would be in the fridge. But today i ordered the new breakfast empanadas and they were lukewarm on the outside and fridge cold on the inside. Id recommend the Store manager to focus on training employees on proper cook times, customers will gladly wait the extra 1-3 minutes if it means their food will be nice and toasty

Oddly enough the male employees were super nice and helpful but the female employees stared at me like I was insane. The food was decent for Dunkin Donuts but the reason I went was for hot chocolate and that was brown water. It smelled funny and tasted horrible. So will I be going back no probably not.

I've visited this Dunkin every Saturday and Sunday for the last year. Without fail, they have messed up my order every single time, every-time. It is always the drink, never the food per se. The food is just usually poorly made and prepared (e.g cold spots, 1 piece of bacon, sloppy, etc). What makes it worse is that when I address the issue before I drive off, I am always given an attitude by the individual working the window, as if I am wrong and inconveniencing them. To which, my issue is never resolved.Today was the final straw and their last chance to get my order right, and guess what? It was wrong. I will never visit this location again.

So, when is Telegraph (hayfield) location closing? Seating area closed, no donuts when we stopped by this morning. Clearly, they're not intending to keep this location open.

I've been to this Dunkin' several dozen times, as it's right down the road and mostly on my way to work. It is, by far, the worst fast food restaurant (of any kind) I've ever encountered. Why have I gone so many times, and why do I still go? Getting coffee every morning is like a ritual of mine, despite it being much cheaper to make it at home. It's a habit. In short, my orders are constantly wrong, service is often slow, the donuts and other baked goods are ALWAYS stale, they are out of food and drink items very regularly, and many (not all) of the employees are exceptionally rude and/or undertrained. I feel like DD corporate should get involved given the terrible reviews and recurring themes. The place is poorly managed, nobody seems to be enforcing standards, and many employees show attitude with customers. Sometimes there are six or more people working behind the counter. When that happens, they are typically inefficient. Employees lean on surfaces and look at their phones while others run around frantically. During weekends and evenings, there is often only a single person there doing everything herself. (Occasionally two people). Yesterday I ordered three items ahead using the app. There was a long line at the drive-through. I wasn't in a hurry; therefore, I didn't pay much attention at first. I sat in line FOREVER. When I got to the window, my order was not ready. The drink the guy hands me is wrong, and I tell him so. He hands me the correct one. OK. No big deal. Then, the donut he hands me is wrong (I've learned to check everything). I hand the bag back to him and inform him it's the wrong donut. He say, "well, what did you have?" I tell him I ordered [X]. He bluntly says, "We don't have those" and stares at me. I ask if they have [Y]. He says "no," and stares at me. I ask what donuts they do have that are similar. He mumbles something I can't understand. I ask him to repeat it: "Do want a refund?" I say yes. I couldn't find my wallet, and since he couldn't run my card, I ended up just taking the donut anyway. [It turned out to be very stale as per usual. I normally don't get donuts there anymore (for that reason), but I had a coupon on the app.] He then stares at me again. I said, "Uhh...I ordered a sandwich too." He shakes his head and goes back to look at the ticket. He moves the other person out of the way and makes the sandwich himself. Meanwhile, cars are accumulating behind me. I finally get out of there and decide to finally write a review. This experience is pretty typical. They have "good days," and I think some of the staff has gotten used to my orders (which are usually the same). However, the overall quality of the place is awful, and you should avoid this Dunkin'. There's a good walk-in coffee shop down the road, and there are other Dunkin's in the area if that's what you've got to have. If you order here, there's a high probably you'll wait a long time and that your order will be wrong, incorrectly made, stale, out of stock, and/or handed to you by an employee who acts annoyed to be working there and annoyed at you for giving them your money. Stay clear.

I tried this place three times due to convenience but each time was left with disappointment. They are ALWAYS out of almost everything…it’s quite unfortunate. How are you always out of condiments ,doughnuts & items to make popular drinks before 9 a.m. Management can’t possibly being doing inventory accurately. It doesn’t help that customer service lacks because I’m beyond understanding but this is just bad business consistently. I had to ask today “well what do you have” bc I kept being told we’re out of that too.I won’t be back.

First of all, who can call themselves Dunkin’ Donuts and not have doughnuts for sale? I’ve had too many bad experiences here after ordering a macchiato with all milk. Perhaps they should consider hiring someone who cares about their job.

I went to this shop with a friend of mine. The line was long, but nonetheless, we waited. Once I ordered my food, my breakfast sandwich came up right away. However, my latte with almond milk and no ice took a few minutes. I waited, only to receive my order with ice. I asked the young lady who was working the sandwich side that my order was wrong. She snatched my cup and gave it to another employee. The nice young man came to say he was sorry for the inconvenience ?. As I was waiting on my corrected cup of coffee, I noted that they were out of napkins, so I asked the same lady, "Excuse me, but you're out of napkins." She threw a half open bag at me , which I politely put back the counter. As I was about to leave, a Very rude customer made a comment. " This isn't a five-star star restaurant. It's Dunkin Donuts, so stop being lazy and get over it." This guy had his son with him. So sad, he was very rude and ignorant.I will never purchase from another Dunkin Donuts again.
