This is like my 4th time getting something from this location and its served to me cold. Im a regular for the stuffed bagel minis, at this point i had gotten used to the cheese on the inside being as cold as it would be in the fridge. But today i ordered the new breakfast empanadas and they were lukewarm on the outside and fridge cold on the inside. Oddly enough the male employees were super nice and helpful but the female employees stared at me like I was insane. The food was decent for Dunkin Donuts but the reason I went was for hot chocolate and that was brown water. It smelled funny and tasted horrible. So will I be going back no probably not.
I've visited this Dunkin every Saturday and Sunday for the last year. Without fail, they have messed up my order every single time, every-time. It is always the drink, never the food per se. The food is just usually poorly made and prepared (e.g cold spots, 1 piece of bacon, sloppy, etc). What makes it worse is that when I address the issue before I drive off, I am always given an attitude by the individual working the window, as if I am wrong and inconveniencing them.
