I ordered delivery from Lotus Pho & Grill. I ordered two different Pho’s an order of spring rolls and 2 boba teas. I ordered directly through their website so they should be liable.The food showed up earlier than expected which was nice but as I opened the bag I saw that only the pho (two broths and 2 containers with actual ingredients) were in the bag. The bag reflected that there were only 2 pho’s in that bag.The deliver guy was gone and so I called the restaurant directly. The man on the line informed me that yes my Boba teas were still sitting there. I asked about my spring rolls and he said they should have been in the bag. I told him they weren’t and the bags ticket reflected it wasn’t in the bag. I asked if they would deliver me the rest of my food and he told me he wasn’t in charge of delivery.So then I told him I needed refunded for the items I didn’t get. He said he would let the manager know. No one contacted me or refunded me for the missing items. I then went through the email to leave feedback, and then the next day through the restaurant contact us email. No one will respond or refund me for my missing items.Lotus has essentially stolen $15 dollars from me and I can’t even get my $11 dollar tip back either. No accountability and no response from them.Do not order from them! If they mess up, it’s not their fault, It’s the delivery persons fault. They don’t care and you won’t get refundedIt’s a real shame and the order was really expensive.

This place is sooooo good that I wanna cry the food IS JUST ANOTHER WORLD, the owner is an awesome dude, the server was so nice and sweet, it was just an amazing experience ? my heart and stomach are full, I deeply recommend you guys go there, I saw they had lots of order with Uber eats and DoorDash, I didn’t much people sitting inside, but it was because it was snowing really hard, I loved being there, having the place just for me and my friends haha but I also wish more actual people go there and eat at the place, they are so nice and efficient and the food is just AMAZING. 1000 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

New owners they lost their flair and customer service skills as well. The food wasn't nearly as good as it used to be the broth is watered down literally water. They just now seem like a chain restaurant that doesn't care. When I first started going there the owner was so hands on and he was so great and would help you and answer every question. Now they tell you there is no more paper menu and to scan this barcode they have and it takes you to the menu. Why not have both? I'm sad about this place now.

The pho was very good and I am pleased that there is a vegetarian broth option. I love how the broth is separate from the ingredients for takeout. The spring rolls were pretty good, pho was best though. I would give this 5 stars if the restaurant moves away from styrofoam for takeout options to a compostable or recyclable option.

Absolutely disgusting.Sorry, not sorry!I was feeling something coming down so I placed an order online for pickup... pickup time was 6:41 got there about 6:45 food wasn't ready had to wait an additional 10 minutes.I ordered a veggie bra and the broth tastes like water I added multiple limes jalapenos and plum sauce to give it any flavor. I will say I do like the fact that they have mushrooms in their vegetable pho, as most places do not.This place used to be Pho 777.... I've eaten there and it was decent, is when I used to eat the regular pho but as of late I've been eating veggie pho.

I've visited a several times, eat in & carryout. Staff is nice and attentive. Have tried pho, noodle dish and summer rolls. Pho broth is fairly strong. Noodle dish came with sauce. Summer rolls were ok. Unlike other restaurants, this restaurant only offers one size of pho. You can order additional broth, noodles or protein. I don't understand why this location is often almost empty. Maybe offset from main road?

This is a painful review to write. It has been a few weeks since the incident, but because of it Lotus has lost my business and loyalty forever.Since the name change and opening of Lotus, I had patronized this restaurant no less than every other week and often every week.For my two little kids, I ordered the same thing every single time: one bowl of kid pho and an extra empty bowl so they could share. They’re pre-k and loved the pho but couldn’t even always a bowl between the two of them. The man who I think is the owner was always friendly and considerate with them and with me.I had probably ordered the same thing for them 20 times. But on this particular day, the guy comes out with two full bowls of kid pho instead of one. I apologized to him and informed him that I only ordered one bowl for them to share just as I do every week.Any normal person would have either taken the bowl back or left it there and said not to worry about it. Nope! He must have been having quite a bad day because he went off about how the bowl has already been made and I would have to pay for it and it’s up to the customer to double check and make sure that the order is correct. Mind you, this was as soon as the food was brought out and the error was immediately identified. He went on for a full 3-4 minutes about it about how it must be paid for because it was ordered.When it comes to tipping, I’m always in that 20-25% bracket. When I was young, I was a waiter and know how hard it can be to make ends meet. So, I couldn’t imagine the treatment he was dishing out. My kids were there, so I politely declined to engage further.Unfortunately, it just takes one bad experience to ruin months and months of good will and customer loyalty. I will never return. And that’s rough because I’m in the gym next door 6 days a week and miss my post-workout pho.
