Did a mobile order before going to my nail appointment. Expecting to wait 5-7 per the app, the wait for 20 mins with other customers waiting longer. The staff were laughing joking with one another and a staff member came in not in uniform, went to the back stock area and came out with a coffee before leaving. No one was greeted. Many customers asked for order updates or refunds. Oh, when I finally got my coffee, it was terrible, which was really disappointing. I've been to this location before and I'm just hoping it was a bad day.

I wanted to stop in to say I really appreciated the service I received from the 3 gentleman and 1 lady at this Starbucks when I stopped by right before closing - thank you for the pumpkin spice latte ?
We had breakfast at this location. It was a short walk from our hotel so it was convenient. We also selected it because it had outdoor seating. We ordered 2 bacon sausage egg wraps, 1 spinach feta wrap, a Mocha cookie crumble, 1 latte, and the frozen pineapple strawberry lemonade. The drinks were fine. The bacon sausage wraps were not good. My husband ate his, but I fed mine to animals passing by. The service was great, and the atmosphere was as well. I'd visit this location again, but I'll stick to the cheese Danish or something else.

Got a new water bottle at this Starbucks today.Quick service is noticeable.Liked it here, a plenty of space to sit and enjoy your drink. Several tables outside give you an opportunity to get some tan in partial shade of the trees ?, and a breath of fresh air.Restrooms are clean and not locked from everyone.Keep up a good job!

I asked for unsweet tea. And they made it with sugar. When I asked if this was unsweetened they said no. I made it clear to them I really can’t have an lot of. I think all they did was poor it into a new cup. Never again.
