We got some seasonal coffees and breakfast. We got what we expected. It was hot, tasted as it should, and ready for pickup since we used the app. Overall, what you expect from this chain.
Did a mobile order before going to my nail appointment. Expecting to wait 5-7 per the app, the wait for 20 mins with other customers waiting longer. The staff were laughing joking with one another and a staff member came in not in uniform, went to the back stock area and came out with a coffee before leaving. No one was greeted. Ranking this low because the staff was just not pleasant. The team members wouldn't stop their conversation to even acknowledge me. However, on a positive note, they were quick with the order which is appreciated.
