We were on vacation and thought the Greene Turtle would be a nice place to eat. We got our drinks within 20 minute(which is too long). Our drinks were watered down once we got them and it took 35 minutes for literally 3 burgers. We got 2 doubles and only got 1 double. Our waitress was NOT organized. She was running around, which I get, but there were only 3-4 other family's. They only had one martini glass. They also ran out of captain. I would NEVER recommend this place.

The wait staff proceeded to pretend we weren't there for the next half hour, finally we got tired of waiting and assumed they wouldn't honor the Happy Hour prices even though we got there with plenty of time.

I am so disappointed with this restaurant. We are transplants to the DMV and decided to try this place. Granted, the reviews really weren't good. However, the food looked good and we wanted to give it a try. Unfortunately, we were NOT pleased. I placed the order online and spent $82 to feed a family of 5, this includes two kids. When I placed the order, it said estimated time for pickup was 23 mins. We live about 20 mins so we waited around a little. My husband got there and off the back, was horrified as the service which again, the reviews spoke about. There was no greeter att he door. He waited and waited. Finally, he located a worker and asked for online orders. Our food wasn't even made, this was 30 mins AFTER the order was placed. They rushed our order. Got home, every piece of food was cold and they forgot an item on my son's plate. Due to the amount of money spent, we ate through it but will NEVER visit this place again and I caution others from spending their money here. We cannot understand how this place it still open. Just horrible!

Upon cancellation, I was told my fish and chips were done but not my dip. I declined giving your business any more of my money. I also feels like my food had been ready for a while.

Dirty beyond nasty bathrooms, waited over an hour for food to be told something needed or the bowl was missing while the rest of the party waited. Waitress tried to charge me for drinks i didn’t have than charged me more than double of the drink cost for an extra shot.

Overall my family had terrible service. First asked to wait 15 minutes for an open table, finally got seated. Another 15 minutes before a waitress greets us, took our drink orders. One alcoholic beverage was watered down so bad you can see the cup sweating. After over an hour of waiting for our meals we revived our chicken wings raw. Totally pink insides! Our two kids meals had apples on the sides with nothing but brown apple slices and straight core pieces. If my kids ate the slices they would have choked on the seeds. Terrible terrible service.Two hours of b.s, I'd give 0 stars if given the chance.

The food was good and prepared quickly. The service was excellent. I felt like the price was a little high for the amount of food that was on my plate. In reality, I think that situation has hit most restaurants.Parking: Parking is in a large shared lot, typical of standard shopping centers.Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant with a separate bar area. Typical tables and booths.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp opening in the curb that allows wheelchairs to get on the sidewalk. There are wide doors into the restaurant but I didn't notice if there were automatic openers or not.

Warning: Was Served Moldy Food!Twice we have tried this location during Sports Games due to the Sport Bar Atmosphere and both times we have been extremely disappointed.Service at this location is non existent, In the bar area as we walked in there were 5 open tables of which 4 had empty glasses and garbage still on them and the 5th was still sticky and not wiped down.I bussed and cleaned my own table throwing away trash and taking glasses to the bar and asked for a towel to wipe down my table. Took 20 minutes to get someone over to the table to clean it and another 10 minutes waiting for our beers to arrive.The bar was full with 16 chairs and only one bar tender who also makes all drinks for tables.We ordered rockfish bites and spinach artichoke dip, they were out of the necessary items to make buffalo chicken nachos and completely out of Mozzarella Sticks.When the food came the fried Rockfish bites were good. But! The Spinach Artichoke Dip came with old chips that were chewy and one had MOLD all over it! See Pictures..We will never eat here again as both experiences have been horrible.No manager in sight and when we left 3 of the tables still were completely dirty with trash and drinks (1.5) hours later.The waitress was apologetic and did remove the charge for the Moldy Spinach Artichoke Dip but no manager ever came out to say anything.

Just traveling through, most local restaurants were closed since it was Monday night. Found this place from a list at the hotel. Atom the bartender was friendly and fast. Got a drink, appetizer and nice dinner, very pleasant atmosphere and fair prices.

Super disappointed at the Alexandria loop location. I guess it is shrinkflation. Ordered a Cobb salad togo for 15$ and received a small side salad. Do not recommend. Cucumbers look translucent and old. Guess it’s a sports bar so don’t expect high quality on the produce. Save your $$ and go around the corner to Wegmann’s for better. Also bar area smelled funky.Vegetarian options: They have features to customize and remove meat.
