Very weird, walked in and there was no menu or prices posted anywhere. Everyone in there seemed miserable with scowls on their faces. The old black man working kept giving me mean looks when i didnt even speak to him and as i finished my food saw him handle multiple pieces of food barehanded. As a matter of fact no one was wearing gloves. Ordered 2 slices, fries, and a small drink. I was charged 23$!!! I asked for a small drink and was handed a 32oz cup, i didnt feel like arguing though. My fries took 25 min to get made i was done my pizza by the time they came out. Everytime i looked up from eating the asian lady and black guy were just staring at me, i was alone in the corner not making a sound. Maybe because I was the only white person in the place? Homeless people loitering outside. Very expensive, for okay food, weird and rude staff. If youre not wearing gloves in front of everyone without a care who knows what disgusting practices go on in the back out of customer view. Gross.

I won't be returning here. The provided printed menu prices are not accurate. They charged me more than advertised.The calzone I ordered is burnt on the edges as you can see in the picture. I ordered a supreme type calzone. It was like a cheese calzone with pizza toppings on top as seen below. The cheese inside is not mozzarella. The inside cheese was somewhat gritty and I didn't like it as a calzone filler.Two of my friends waited for 30 minutes after they ordered. When they went up to the counter to inquire, they learned one order was sitting for 30 minutes in a carryout bag on the pickup counter and never said anything to him, but we were dining in. At that point his food was cold and they didn't offer to replace it. For my other friend's order they completely forgot about it and said it was a miscommunication.The establishment did not provide us with receipts or asked if we wanted one.Also, to use the restroom you had to get a key from the staff and go outside.

Honestly this wasn't our favorite pizza. It was good but not one we'd choose again. We ordered a small cheese pizza. The garlic knots were stale and had a strong flavor. We did like the mozzarella sticks and just wished we could have gotten them home faster! The service wasn't bad and we didn't feel like we waited forever. Food wasn't bad, just not great.

I’ve been ordering from here for almost 8 years today was awful I understand and always expect the pizza to take an hour or more to get here the delivery guy is awesome but the plain cheese pizza I paid 31 dollars for today was atrocious the bread was extremely stale and tasted like 2 day old pizza there’s was no barely any cheese on the pizza and most of it was burnt it was like they gave me an old day pizza and warmed it up and sent it on its way I never leave reviews but I can’t stomach that I just spent 30 plus dollars on a large plain cheese pizza for it to be that awful
I’ve been coming to this location for a more then 6 years now. This was the only pizza spot I would come too. I’ve spent a lot of money especially during the Super Bowl. But today everything changed the older African American male employee working the front was disrespectful and rude . I asked to buy a couple of slices and he looked at me and said no we don’t have any more slices. I asked are you guys making more pizza it’s only 3pm. He stated no we don’t have too. He stated you can your business somewhere else. Well I guess he’s right definitely never coming back here again. If you hate your job that much quit.

No other pizza place with bad reviews keeps a line for periods on end. We are loyal customers but not for long if things don't get better. You're doing something right but are getting some key things wrong.

Horrible customer service. One of the cashiers who worked there got upset and embarrassed me when i asked to confirm if they gave me beef pepperoni. He had an anger issue and horrible demeanor/customer service. Used to go here but have not been back since this incident. Horrible horrible service.

Ok, ambiance doesn't suck, there is none (not good for a first date). However, the thin-crust pizzas are GREAT. They don't skimp on the toppings. No beer or wine available (and in VA you can't bring your own). Definitely need to add this to your list. Friendly folks. Pizza slices available.Vegetarian options: Some pizzas have only veggies.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to roll in & roll out
