No other pizza place with bad reviews keeps a line for periods on end. We are loyal customers but not for long if things don't get better. You're doing something right but are getting some key things wrong.
Ok, ambiance doesn't suck, there is none (not good for a first date). However, the thin-crust pizzas are GREAT. They don't skimp on the toppings. No beer or wine available (and in VA you can't bring your own). Definitely need to add this to your list. Friendly folks. Honestly this wasn't our favorite pizza. It was good but not one we'd choose again. We ordered a small cheese pizza. The garlic knots were stale and had a strong flavor. We did like the mozzarella sticks and just wished we could have gotten them home faster! The service wasn't bad and we didn't feel like we waited forever. Food wasn't bad, just not great.
