I've been to Gom Shabu Shabu Centerville and been here a few times, and the meat and vegetables are definitely fresher these days, so I like it. I didn't like meat before. It's nice to be able to eat warm hot pot food in the winter. However, the waiting time to place a refill order is too long. Even if you ring the bell, the waitresses are busy and don't come often, so you have to keep looking and waiting.

You have got to ask for Jay Kim, he is the best server in the house. He was patient and ever so helpful with us as first time hot potters. I had a vegetarian hot pot, well, except for the dumplings. Although they have no vegetarian options, he worked with me and provided me with an alternate option. It would be more awesome for them to add it to their menu tho for those of us who just love veggies.
