I have visited Crystal City location may times before (I ate lunch there almost daily when the BWW first opened). In the beginning, they had great specials and promos. However, things started going downhill. Promos went away, and there was significant staff turnover. After COVID, BWW came up with good lunch specials, and I would go from time to time. Showed up at 9:40 and was told they stop serving food in the restaurant at 10:00 and I had to get take out, I said your open until 11:00 and it isn’t even 10:00 yet, the blonde older woman at the service desk refused to serve us. It was raining and we obviously walked in the rain with two children several blocks to get there due to no parking. We left and will never come back. Our waiter, Micheal was absolutely amazing, he was extremely pleasant and was super understanding with everything, he really treated us well and I would highly recommend visiting this location.
