An excellent third-wave roaster.I grabbed some beans in a hurry so didn't have a chance to try their pourover but they were serving them which is a good sign.Beans didn't have a roast date which can be a red flag for me but they smelled extremely fresh and tasted excellent.They were roasted on the lighter side of typical specialty, which is awesome. Highly recommend for weird coffee folks.

The ambiance of this coffee shop is soooo stellar and cute!! Service was great and fast, even with a line. I tried the horchata coffee which I wasn't the biggest fan of - I'm not exactly sure why to be honest. I will definitely return to try something else! Another wish I had - it is not great for a gluten free person - I would suggest that La Coop consider gluten free bread and/or pastry options!
