I've come to this store many times before, and normally have a pleasant experience, but today I came to get a some ice cream with my bf, when we got the cashier and I told her my order see seem annoyed that I was ordering rolled ice cream, she gave us a weird look and sighed, the whole time she seem annoyed, and when she started making our order she told us she didn't have bananas, which was the main ingredient to my ic1e cream. I had wished she had told me that in the beginning, then I wouldn't have ordered as it was the only thing I wanted. We had wanted to get a refund since I really didn't want anything else, but the lady told us she couldn't do a refund and wanted us to pick something else. The whole time, she seemed pissed. My boyfriend also tried contacting the manager, and she said that we should've known before ordering that they didn't have bananas, but we didn't until after we made our purchase. So the manager called us back and told us that she could've done the refund if we hadn't gotten a replacement, but when we asked the cashier, she told us she couldn't do a refund and never told us that the manager could do it, but we had gotten a replacement because we didn't want to lose money for that order and we were made to believe that they wasn't any way to get our money back.Overall, I had a bad experience and probably won't come back.

I got a taro bubble tea with almond milk but it had no flavor. When I had originally asked for no ice the guy said that was $1 extra but then he said he just made it lighter. I said that was the opposite of what I wanted because the ice waters it down . He continued making it and gave it to me. I tasted it and said there was no flavor. Both he and the lady said there was nothing they could do to change it or add flavor. Neither were helpful, and it was tasteless.

Old lady on the cash register hates her job. I purchased my kids and myself 3 boba teas and we were planning on sharing a chocolate rolled ice cream. We asked for 3 spoons and the old lady cashier yelled at us saying we’re can only get 1 spoon. How am I supposed to eat rolled up ice cream with my hands? She was very rude and inconsiderate especially in front of my kids. I will never be spending my good money here and you should not either! Get rid of the old lady cashier and we might think about returning!! If 0 stars was an option, that’s what this business would have received…never have I ever been treated so rudely!!!

DO NOT EVEN WALK IN! Whoever the older lady from there is, she’s rude! I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie with no boba. She gave me a banana smoothie and I said hey I asked for a strawberry and banana and she kept saying I NEVER said that. I was like yes, I did. Because I even asked if you had banana for the strawberry smoothies and she said yes. So I asked for a strawberry and banana smoothie with no boba. She was arguing with me for a while. I tried telling her I would pay the difference if they could just add strawberries and she said no. She was trying to charge me for a whole new one. DO NOT GO THERE! She’s so rude & nasty. I feel bad for her employees they looked afraid. They couldn’t even talk!

Located on the ground floor of the Pentagon City Mall, we enjoyed the Thai milk tea. Despite a line, our tea was ready within five minutes. The taste was bold and the boba was fresh and warm. It's on the bottom level of the mall near the food court.

Matcha buble milk tea with sugar free is sweet enough. The matcha powder isn't bitter or stong as it suppose to be.it takes 3-5mins wait for service each, the ambiance was OK, no seat

VERY rude owner. How do you expect to stay in business when you act like a child?Extremely overpriced. $7.55 for the most mediocre bubble tea. Lesson learned, never again. Read these reviews and learn from your mistakes!

Absolutely terrible experience. My drink was not made the way I requested and they refused to remake my drink or give me a refund. I’ve had better milk teas and better service elsewhere. Take your money somewhere else!

This place is such a rip off! Each bubble tea was $12+ with tapioca and it didn’t even taste good.We had kids with us and ended up getting 6 teas, all to go to the trash.I had requested a tea with 0% sugar, but omg it was sooooooo sweet I had to throw it away.Such a waste of money.

The Asian lady who took my order (owner) was rude and impatient, my friend and I walked into the store asking for the prices of the drinks because they don’t display them on their screens, but instead of telling me the prices she was ready to charge me. Like girl calm down! On the top of that she got irritated because I changed my mind when she was charging for a boba drink that almost cost $10. I ended getting a drink and tbh it was not that good (too powdery).

It took eighteen minutes for them to serve my fish waffles. I complained that it was fifteen minutes and I wanted a refund. They refused.When they delivered my waffles after eighteen minutes they said it takes ten minutes for the machine to heat up. They didn’t tell me that. And that is NECESSARY INFORMATION when ordering.They served everyone else and I’m very annoyed with their service and attitude.
