I really enjoyed my time here. I was craving a little bit of Madrid and while trying to find a restaurant, I stumbled upon this place just a few minutes from my hotel.Right from the first encounter with the manager as I walked in, I knew I was going to like this place.Cristiano and Cristian behind the bar were great. The recommended all those amazing plates. I ended up doing a paella tapa as well as the Argentinian steak with chimichurri paired with a lovely Malbec.Remember, these are tapas, so the plates wont be giant. A couple of plates should get you to where you’d like. And the prices are very reasonable.I definitely recommend this place. I can’t wait to be back in Arlington so that I can go back and see my peeps. I made friends with the staff that night. They were truly one of the best restaurant staffs out there.Thanks Sabores team for a great first encounter!Parking: They share a parking garage with the apartment building. You can get your parking ticket validated by the staff before you leave. However, the first hour in the garage is FREE

Always a joy when a DMV establishment makes it to Yelp 100, and good reason to go and try. Sabores did not disappoint, based on the bottomless brunch service. My only complaint would be that they don't have coffee refills. But otherwise, the mimosas are all very tasty and actually have the fruit aroma they claim to have. With the exception of the crispy tostada plates and the Spanish tortilla de patatas, I truly enjoyed everything, but there was one star; Patatas Bravas! The best I've had in a while. The service was attentive, and the colorful vibe in the room is also very inviting. Will give the a la carte service a try as well

So everything we had had was good, some dishes excellent. For the prices this is a great tapas value. Our service was exceptional as well and they have great drink options. Try the creamy lobster bisque and the zucchini for sure.
Best seafood paella! Patient and attentive waitress! The general manager was super friendly! Quiet night on a Wednesday. Love the comfy booth. Great for conversations. Won't be surprised if the place is packed on weekends.

Six of us had dinner here last night before a show at the Drafthouse, and the food was incredible. Everything we got was fantastic - I don't think I can pick a favorite! The service was wonderful as well. Definitely coming back!

This place is AMAZING for gluten free eating. They are SO considerate and careful — the waitress, manager and chef all came out to talk to me in great detail about each dish and reassured me that they would be safe. They have lots of GF options and understand cross contamination well! I got the seafood paella dish and it was amazing.They do use a shared fryer so I would avoid anything fried. The skirt steak has beer in the marinade but the chef offered to cut a fresh piece from the steak and custom season it if you want to order it!The paella I got was better done than the paellas I’ve had at more expensive and fancier restaurants.There are so many options and the service is the best I think I’ve ever gotten. The atmosphere is also beautiful and better than I expected when seeing it from the outside. 11/10 recommendDietary restrictions: Staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable, chef will personally come out for any allergies or intolerances
