I really enjoyed my time here. I was craving a little bit of Madrid and while trying to find a restaurant, I stumbled upon this place just a few minutes from my hotel.Right from the first encounter with the manager as I walked in, I knew I was going to like this place.Cristiano and Cristian behind the bar were great. I took my aunt and uncle to Sabores Tapas Bar in Arlington & we had a blast. Always a joy when a DMV establishment makes it to Yelp 100, and good reason to go and try. Sabores did not disappoint, based on the bottomless brunch service. My only complaint would be that they don't have coffee refills. But otherwise, the mimosas are all very tasty and actually have the fruit aroma they claim to have.
