Service in the Charlotte airport was the absolute worst! Staff were too busy talking to each other and ignoring the customers when they were trying to order. No sense of urgency for those who needed to catch a flight. The worst customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I bought a bagel sandwich at St Louis airport location. Sat down to eat and dropped it on the floor. Went back to order one and the staff refused to charge me for another one. They were friendly and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this location.
