Eddie Merlots Ashburn tries quite hard to make a good meal however somehow the meal is just not there. The steaks though aged seemed a bit dry and my mothers was over cooked per instructions given at the table. Our salads were very good. Even with store bought steak we make a better steak at home. Not sure if we will return.
Eddie Merlot's Steakhouse in Ashburn offers a nice array of culinary delights amidst a beautifully adorned ambience. The Hot Appetizer Platter featuring Barbecue Shrimp?, Maryland Crab? cakes, and Filet Mignon pot stickers, was an absolute standout!
