The food is outstanding! All "Homemade"! Employees are always eager to please. Absolutely adore the outdoor dining. Trackside in a Train Town ... can't get much better. Highly recommend!
I chose 3 stars because I have eaten here before, food was delicious, and never had a problem. However, my experience picking up Thanksgiving food was ridiculous. I could have made the 3 items I was standing around waiting for in the time it took for them to hand me my prepaid order. I waited along with a large crowd of others, outside, in the parking lot. Suzanne's is the cutest and quaintest place I've been to in the Richmond area. Quiche is on point. Fan of the angel hair pasta salad as well. Service is very friendly. Watch the trains while having brunch outside.
