The service is slow and not very many employees working at one time. The drive thru line does take a very long time during a rush. The food is very good and they are pretty good at getting your order correct. The restrooms are ok when it comes to being clean. The in side dinning area is clean and well maintained. The staff are mostly friendly and polite.Vegetarian options: A few salads and that’s about it.Dietary restrictions: They have a few healthy options. But it wouldn’t be my first choice if you don’t want something like a salad.Parking: Parking on both sides . Relatively new parking lot. It’s off a main road so it can be a little intimidating to pull out.Kid-friendliness: It’s a fast food restaurant so it’s pretty easy for kids to enjoy themselves.

Employees are just rude here. Don't ask for anything such as a spoon fork napkins anything. Lady blowing like she the big bad wolf about to blow somebody house down. You know where you can put that tude at.. Dave Thomas rolling over in his grave for what has become of this chain. Hopefully this location will be one of the first to shut down because it'w coming mainly because of the trash they hire . Whoever does the hiring hires anybody who applies clearly.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at Wendy's! I went in at 5:30 p.m. in the day. I attempted to use an "offered deal" on the app 2 for $6. The young lady attempted to scan the code. After it wouldn't scan, she looked at ne in the face and said, "We don't accept the app coupons!"(This young lady looked like she was not feeling any pain!!)I was absolutely astounded!I asked, "Why do you have a code scanner if you don't accept them?"She just stood there dumbfounded!I asked to speak to the manager!She just stood there!I really was frustrated, and in hindsight; I should have just walked out.I just gave her the rest of the order.It was $35. Whatever, it's not too bad for the food I ordered.My order comes up, and she hands me the bags. I sat them down on the counter to make sure everything is right. I realize the fries are missing. She said I didn't order them. OK, whatever.I ordered three fries, and they were almost $12!If the young lady knew how to take the order the way I gave it to her and used the offer code, my order should have and would have cost the $35!With today's economy, there's absolutely no sense in a fast food meal costing more or equivalent to a "sit down restaurant" meal!FYI: I did FINALLY see the manager walking around behind the counter as if she was "not feeling any pain" and loss.I'd shut my store down before I would allow that much incompetence to run it!

Probably the worst Wendy's I've been to and it's consistently poor. Busy times, off hours, still equally as incompetent. Mobile orders or in person, equally bad performance. Dirty as heck inside. Avoid at all costs if you can.

The best Wendy’s I have ever been to in my entire life. They are always friendly, service is INSANELY fast. I’m a doordash driver and they are one of the fastest restaurants in the entirety of Ashland. They don’t screw up orders ever and they are just always on the ball no matter the time of day. Shoutout to the staff at Wendy’s you all rock!!

The employees at this Wendy’s have the worst customer service of any fast food chain I’ve ever been to. I tried to eat inside here the last two times I went and both times the doors were locked and the employees saw me at the door but wouldn’t come unlock it (both visits were around 5 pm on Fridays). Yesterday, they literally made eye contact with me and then proceeded to ignore me while I was holding my two year old. So we went through the drive through and as I suspected, they were indeed opened. They just didn’t want anyone coming inside. I get that it sucks working at a fast food restaurant but that doesn’t excuse being outright rude. Absolutely abysmal service..

Wonderful and hospitable staff. Clean!!! Even the bathroom was immaculate! Food was great and even though we stumbled in minutes before closing, we didn't feel pressured to leave. Ten out of ten. Give these pl raises! Next time we travel through Va, we will be back!
