It was the worst experience I have ever had at Wendy's! I went in at 5:30 p.m. in the day. I attempted to use an "offered deal" on the app 2 for $6. The young lady attempted to scan the code. Probably the worst Wendy's I've been to and it's consistently poor. Busy times, off hours, still equally as incompetent. Mobile orders or in person, equally bad performance. Dirty as heck inside. Avoid at all costs if you can.

The service is slow and not very many employees working at one time. The drive thru line does take a very long time during a rush.
