“I did a 19-mile run on the Appalachian Trail leaving from Harper's Ferry and strategically ended it at Bear Chase. Was so glad I did!First, the place is amazing. It had lots of space and a great view. They had multiple brews to choose from, so there was something for everyone. The food choices were some of the best iv seen when compared to other breweries. The live music was also a plus.I left, but some of my crew stayed and camped off the nearby trails. Good time had by all!“

“Such a lovely place! The young lady working at the winery was very sweet and professional. The views from the winery are great any season - from both the inside and the outside from the patio (which seems pretty spacious). We loved the cabin-type rustic decor of the place. We did the tasting for both reds and whites, and most certainly preferred the whites at his winery (which is weird b/c my husband usually likes reds more pretty much everywhere); reds were not bad but they did taste like they could’ve done a tad more aging, well, for our taste anyway (but we in no case claim to be great experts or connoisseurs - more like wine enthusiasts, lol). But all in all, great day trip from DC and highly recommend this place.“

“Placed a pick up order on the phone for 1 plain stk sub and a chicken stk add pepperoni and extra mozzarella cheese with a side of marinara (for dipping) quoted 15 min. I arrived 2 min early and my order was ready and let me tell you that is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while! Thank you guys so much. My bf and I have almost always use this particular location because of the employees, friendly fast efficient and they make great food.“

“We wanted a steak dinner before attending a concert and were told they had a Great Steak. They wouldn't let us have Steak until after 5, so I had Kabobs that was tough and chewy. My date didn't have enough dressing for her salad and we had to track down a busboy to bring her more. (Our waitress was a little busy being "flashy" instead of taking care of customers. My date ran out of lemonade long before her dinner was complete and couldn't get a refill because waitress was M.I.A. I even had to track her down so we could get our bill before we left.“
