“Primero pupusas para mi. Delicioso! First experience with Salvadorian food and it was great. The curtido was fresh and crunchy. The salsa in the smaller cup was spicy with a very good chile taste. Chicharonne pupusa was flavorful and well seasoned. Jalapeno pupusa was very cheesy with nice fresh peppers. I had never heard of loroco, so naturally had to try it. It reminded me of a mix between artichoke and asparagus-this was actually my favorite of the three! It's over an hour drive for me, but I will be back. Looking forward to trying my first tacos de lengua and tortas! Thank you for bringing diverse food to our area!”

“This is a burger that is faithful to the basics. Both the beef patty and chicken patty were delicious. Personally, I think chicken is a bit better. Ordering is easy because you can select the menu you want at the kiosk.”

“Loved the experience! Usually go for boba take out only but this time, I decided to done in for dinner. I got the Vegetarian Miso Ramen and it was delicious. I also got Passionfruit Tea boba as well as the Lychee Mochi. All excellent choices. The waiter who served us was also a sweetheart and I hope to be served by her again next time. Ambiance and music was also good!

Vegetarian options: While there is only a few vegetarian ramen options and appetizers, the ones they had very delicious and I am definitely going to come here for a meal again.”

“Not just the coolest bar and nightclub in Blacksburg, it's the ONLY cool bar and nightclub in Blacksburg.
No one else is hosting any live music in town (yeah, OK the Lyric, but it's once every other month) and they are booking great regional talent. For instance, last Saturday featured a ten-band metal showcase starting at 3pm followed by a rave.
Beyond that, the space is big and dark so you don't have to worry about elbow room unless there is an event, the TVs aren't constantly set on ESPN, the people are friendly and service is fast.
The Milk Parlor and a couple other stores on the same block are some of the final holdouts of the Ye Olde Blacksburg. So if your cool Brooklyn friends are in town, bring them here so they don't think you've gone to college in a Virtual Northern Virginia populated by meatheads and squares, and that in ten years you'll wind up assistant manager of some sad hotel in a town even less cool than Blacksburg.
The food is great. To properly address the limitations of their menu would require a paragraph about Virginia's stupid alcohol and kitchen regulations.”

“This is the only reliable brunch place in Blacksburg, other than the Inn at Va Tech, (which is way more elaborate than I want). There is plenty of variety in the brunch menu, and I am usually happy with my choice. I have to say the Bloody Marys are always perfect! This is why we keep coming back. Just wish you'd get some nice crisp potato wedges, instead of those awful shriveled cubes you keep serving.”

“Stopped in after my daughter’s swim meet. She had the Shrimp Alfredo and I had the Greek Salad with a medium rare salmon. I make the best shrimp Alfredo around and daughter agreed that I did until she had this. It was creamy and the shrimp was prepared to perfection. My salad was fresh with olives cut in a great size. The salmon was beyond belief. We will be back.”

“This place is amazing! Good food, good drinks, and it's right across the street from campus! I love the unique pastries and bagel sandwiches available. Personal favorite is called "Bangkok " and I'd highly recommend branching out from the standard Bacon Egg and Cheese's and getting something you can't get anywhere else. This place is great for study session, with plenty of comfortable seating, couches and board games for more casual hangout! I like the coffee here, and stop by on my way to class as often as possible. Check it out! Go Hokies!”

I waited and waited and after getting impatient. I called out. I'm ready to order. Altogether, I called out three times over a ten minute span. Nothing. So I left really angry. How's that automatic built-in gratuity working out guys. Do you not grasp how important repeat business is. I've been a patron for the last six years ever since I moved to Blacksburg. Pretty good pizza, horrible service, auto gratuity, maybe why the service sucks, and a $2.70 fountain coke. They have a beer for $1.50. I'll be asking around for a new pizza place. Employees could take a little more pride in there personal appearance. The place is bordering on a freak show since they opened there dining room.”

I worked for pizza hut at the time and the second time I bought a Hunt Brothers pizza I told the clerks at the store the pizza to me is better than Pizza Hut. then I seen the sign in the window and found out Hunt Brothers has breakfast pizza and it's been a little over four years now and Hunt Brothers pizza is all I buy. what I love is taste, quality, price and fact the toppings don't cost extra. keep up the good work and keep the customers happy. Here at Dietrick Hall, you will find dining ans social areas.Dietrick Hall is home to the D2 dining center, which is located on the second floor. This is the only all-you-can-eat style dining facility on campus; however, the food is still top quality and locally sourced for the most part.You will also find a campus favorite here, known by the students as DX while the proper name is D-Express. Located on the first floor on the side closest to Owens Dinning Hall; this is a grab-and-go type place with fast service, good selection, decent prices, and quality products. DX is open most days until 2:00 am making it one of the most popular late night hangouts on campus.Finally, if you are craving coffee, tea, ice cream, or other sweet treat then you may want to check out Deet's Place. Located on the first floor in the side closest to West End Market you will find this laid back dining area. With great coffee, teas, ice cream, milkshakes, and sweet treats this is a great place to visit.”
