“Great sushi place. I got the Unagi and The Bomb and both were really good. The portions were bigger than what I was expecting (especially The Bomb), which was a plus. The waiter was really nice and even though he made a few mistakes (brought us the wrong dish, forgot a pair of chopsticks), he was really apologetic and gracious about it. The price is pretty standard for sushi, but the quality and portion size makes it well worth. One thing that would’ve been nice was to have higher quality wasabi. The one I got was really mild, was pretty much what you see in store-bought sushi, but it’s not a big dealParking: There’s only a few spots in front, but there’s parking lots in the area“
“My friends and I had a great experience with the food and the ambience being excellent. But the real highlight of our dinner was our server Camille. She had a great attitude throughout the whole dinner and was incredibly well versed with all menu items. The service she provided was quick and she was always available to answer our questions or handle any requests from the table.“
“Good service and friendly staff. Food was a good selection above bar food. However, we arrived at 8, but the dining was close and had to sit in the bar area at a high top, not ideal. A little pricey for college town.Overall, would recommend, but get there before dining room closes.“
“Simply best place to eat in Blacksburg, the fried chicken and the brisket are cooked to perfection! Their service is top-notch! If you are visiting your Hokie and you want them to experience the closest to a home-made delicious meal go to the Blacksburg Tavern!“
