ordering a delivery order and did not receive over half of the order when I called to asked about what happened they could not give me a straight answer and the only way to get the rest of my order was to come get it. they refuse to have it delivered oh, why would I go pick it up when I wanted to stay in and have it delivered. when I asked to get my money back they said they would get to it when they can and when I asked to get an email stating that i would get a refund for my meal they said something. the girl I spoke with did not care to even speak with me she acted like she was going out of her way over there mistake. very disappointed at a restaurant that we always stop that a couple of times a week when school is in. also spent over $40 for this meal and I'll have to do without money is hard to come by at this time with companies trying to steal from you what are you supposed to do

I visit this Moe's at least once a month, either alone or with my husband, and it's always delicious! The food is always fresh, the meats are well-seasoned without being too salty, and the salsa bar is the bomb. I just tried the new seasonal hot salsas tonight and they were delicious. Plus the crew here are always friendly. Keep on being awesome!
