Ohhh my gosh!!! What a gem! As soon as you walk in, JoJo, the owner/chef greets you with a warm smile, followed by "do you have any food allergies?" Kuya(brother, show sign of respect in Filipino culture) Jojo cooked fairly quick! It took 10-15 minutes (for those familiar with Filipino cooking, this usually takes hours) for cooked to order and tailors every dish to your palate's desire.

My family stopped here on our way back to Maryland as we needed a late lunch. Doesn't look like much from the side of the road but the food is incredible and the owner + waitstaff are fantastic. We ordered the Bihon Pancit noodles, pork lumpia, siskalog (chopped pig head with rice and egg), lechon kawali (fried pork belly), and the free miso soup. Everything was incredible and very flavorful. The owner also came and talked to us, telling us about his restaurant and the Filipino culture behind it. He also recommended the halo-halo for dessert, a shaved ice with fresh fruits and other things. Overall a 5 star experience and I will be back if I am in the area.

Jo-Jo is so welcoming and with his wife, Michelle, cooked amazing food for us! The warm miso was a great way to start. The pancit bihon is definitely enough to share. This restaurant is family-owned and run - a must try!

We had a great time at Celestino's today. All the foods were delicious and made fresh to order. Be prepared to wait as this is not a traditional canteen style eatery. The beautiful background music will entertain you and remind you of restaurants in the Philippines. They serve a wide variety of authentic Filipino food and other Asian cuisines. My daughter enjoyed their mango boba for dessert.The place is very clean. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Jojo, the restaurant owner was very hospitable and kind. We are so glad to have another Filipino restaurant between Richmond and Frederickaburg. We higly recommend this restaurant!

This place is phenomenal! The owner is incredibly friendly and personable. The food..is amazing. He's happy to provide recommendations if you're unsure of what to get. We ordered many dishes - lumpia, pork belly, Mongolian beef, pork adobo, pancit, and menudo. Everyone was super happy with their food - you can tell they take pride in what they make and want to provide quality. We had such a pleasant experience. Highly recommend, and we will be back!

This is our 3rd time eating @ Celestino's and have not been disappointed. The food & service are great and we love the pancet & lumpea together with any of the bar-b-que skewers. Too bad they aren't closer to where we live in Southern Maryland but we make it a point to stop by when in the vicinity.

Celstinos is a locally owned traditional Filipino restaurant, they make you feel right at home and everything is prepared wonderfully and super fresh. Food deserves more than a 5 star rating, sooo good! And they give back to the community which is another thing to love about them! Can’t recommend this place enough
First time trying Authentic Filipino cuisine! What can I say!! It was the most delicious food! Anything that comes out of that kitchen is FRESH! Can’t wait to go back for more!

Stopped at this place on route 301, and I was surprised in a great way. The Tortang Giniling was pork, potatoes, veggie and eggs, cooked into a crispy, omelet like thing. It had a great texture, and the savory flavor was yummy. Huge portion too. I would love to go back.

I have never had Filipino food so I don't have anything to compare it too. We ordered three dishes based off recommendation from a Filipino friend. Chicken Adobo is amazing. Will be ordering Lumpa next!
