Bought 2 Subs for lunch. Employee put half the meat portion on one of them because the bin was empty after 1 scoop. Too lazy to get more out so they just spread it out. Sandwich called for double cheese, put very little on. Lettuce in the bin was brown. Other veggies didn't look very good. I was the only one in there so it's not that they were "too busy". Now I remember why I haven't eaten there in a long time. I've learned my lesson. Won't be returning.

One of the leads-? Meagan seems to genuinely care for the employees, and she is always on top of things. Unfortunately I think they are short staffed but it has never hindered the process of me getting food in a timely manner. Ingredients are never skimped on and always fresh! I always have a friendly experience when visiting.

I went in for 3 subs... the first sub I asked for was the All American Club... the person acted confused and asked \\\"what sub?\\\". I repeated... and so did she... I then pointed to the menu and said the number associated... she then said \\\"oh so you don't want meat?\\\".... for a sandwich that has 3... I had to explain turkey, ham, bacon. 1 of the others subs, the person I was ordering for wanted only 2 tomatoes on his 12\\\"... that took only 2 tries... all ready for the wrap up... the wrapper saw there was only 2 tomatoes and quickly put 2 more on before I could even stop them... at this point I just gave up. This location definitely needs some more training.

Don’t ever order the salad, you will get about 3 ounces of food for 8 dollars. Literally had a women come in and complain about hers while I was ordering one for the first time ever. Absolute and total rip-off.

Staff was friendly enough, rather slow and they have a supply issue missing some ingredients so that is a massive issue. Only reason it's getting this many stars is because I feel bad for the people working here.

Gross. Stopped by during Phase 2 of COVID 19 and none of the employees were wearing masks clearly violating Health code. I walked out and will never eat here again. If employee s do that in front of everyone, then what do they do when you are not looking? DISGUSTING!!!!!!

Literally the slowest employees on the planet. I had the pleasure of the "shift manager" making my 3 subs. It was like time switched to slow motion. I never knew it could take 90 seconds to slice a roll open. Thankfully the 12 year old man child came to "assist". He was just as slow and doe eyed. All the veggies were nearly empty and stuck to the ice on the side of the containers. Had to ask multiple times to have some of the fresh ones that were RIGHT NEXT TO THEM but covered. And 3 tiny slices of cucumber for a 12" roll is ridiculous. I was in the store nearly 20 minutes to have 3 subs made. And had to walk them through every step. I'm not one for reviewing but this was one epicly ridiculous experience. Never again

Employees will not wear a mask, said they did not have to. With all other fast food places around employees wear masks, but at this subway and employees at a Handy Mart, Dunk n Donuts will not. I will not purchase any food item that employees talk over top of the food.

Been twice, both times there were issues. First time the oven was broke, the second time at 830 in the morning, the lady told me she didn't bring out the eggs. Will probably never try this place again!!

This spot provides wonderful service as well as enjoyable food. My favourite place around town. The food arrived rapidly and the prices were inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I ordered online, apparently that was my 1st mistake. When I came in to pick up my sub I was given grief about how inconvenient it is for the employees to do online orders. My second issue is I ordered a Turkey sub with added pepperoni, only to fine my sandwich missing TURKEY! This place has a serious problem with customer service.

This Place is awful these people just can seem to get any help that has any brain at all. They are slow minded and it shows in the ability to do one of the simplest jobs in the world. Get rid of the idiots and get some staff that can do the job correctly and on time.
