“We enjoyed everything about our dinner at Council Oak. Our server Krista was excellent. The pre-meal cocktails were perfect. I have never had better Oysters Rockefeller anywhere else. My dinner, a beef dish, was perfect with tender beef and lots of vegetables. I wasn’t going to have dessert but the cheese cake was recommended and it wasn’t your usual cheese cake. Delicious! We enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Council Oak put the shine on our excellent stay.”

“OMGoodness!!! J Frank's has got competition now! Brooklyn Grill & Cafe was so good in all ways! This felt very upscale, for a decent price. The flavors were delicious, the portions were huge, and I mean huge. My filet mignon was bigger than any I've ever seen and for a very reasonable price too! He got the ribeye and he was very happy with the flavor and taste as well.
Everything was cooked to perfection, even the salad was delicious.
The service was top notch. You can really tell, they are aiming for excellence.
We had two steak dinners, with side salads, 2-Yuenglings, and a piece of homemade cheesecake to share, oh so delicious, although wasn't necessary, I'm glad we didn't pass on it.
The entire bill plus tip 25%, was around $150. Very worth it for this upscale of a meal and classy atmosphere. This is the place to celebrate important events for sure.

It is really rather stylish looking inside, with some fun things outside to take pictures with.

“We stopped in the Hard Rock Casino in Bristol, TN. We have had good meals at the Hard Rock in Orlando, London, Iceland and Portugal. This Hard Rock in Bristol did not disappoint. Close to us was Ed Sheeran’s long-sleeve shirt; Olivia Newton John’s dress and a Willie Nelson’s guitar on display. \n\nIt is rather a huge place with plenty of tables and booths. The service was prompt and friendly. \n\nMy wife enjoyed her salad. My daughter enjoyed the Salmon over pasta. It was done just perfectly. \n\nOur waiter recommended the Chicken Sliders for me. The three sliders did come out moist, tasty and fulfilling. There was plenty of “crunch” with the chicken. We did notice the table next to us enjoying a Hard Rock Café dessert.\n\nFor three people our bill came to be about $100. What we did notice about the bill was that Virginia placed an “extra” tax of $5 on our food. We had not encountered that policy before. If this Hard Rock was just built a mile over, we would have been in Tennessee where there wasn’t any “extra” tax. \n\nOverall, we were pleasantly surprised on how good our lunch was. 5 Stars here at this Hard Rock, minus the extra tax of course.”

“My wife and I visited YouYu for the first time for a meal on our first anniversary and everything was exceptional. Our server Carson and the manager that visited our table Eric were both incredibly polite and friendly and made sure we never wanted for anything.
Our appetizers the crispy shrimp spring rolls were delicious and every bite was packed full of shrimp. The Mongolian beef was tender, sauced well and full of flavor. The Hong Kong style Won Ton soup was savory and complimented the other entree quite well. Carson also recommended the strawberry Yuzu dessert and my wife as an avid strawberry fan absolutely loved it. Thanks for the amazing service and delicious meal, we'll definitely be visiting again.”

“My husband, an avid fan of our local IHOP, didn't understand why I was insisting to locate & try Perkins on our road trip. We landed in our seats at 2:30, it took us at least 5 minutes to decide what we wanted to order, my husband craving a smoke asked if he would have time to smoke. Our fantastic hostess assured him he would have time, note we were seated as close as possible to the door. He walked out the door & I glanced at the dessert menu then in a blink, our hot food was on the table before my husband could return! It was 2:40! He was so delighted with how delicious his meal was that I got to say "I TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE WORTH IT" & he definitely agreed. I couldn't believe that I could actually order my BLT on SOURDOUGH bread! The Tomato Basil soup was the best that I've ever tasted! I can't remember the name but I searched out the lowest cal dessert, strawberry cream cheese something & it was mouthwatering. He had the Chicken Fried Steak & said it was the most tender he has ever had & he has ordered it from multiple eateries. Served exactly as he had asked. he had ordered a side of gravy because never before had he gotten enough gravy served on his plate. We had to take the side to go because his plate was perfect! We were both so full that we had to take dessert to go. I can't believe MY HUSBAND actually finished his entire banana nut muffin! Sweets are not his thing so I was expecting at least a bite offered to me. I took a 1/2 dozen pumpkin Muffins to family that had kept out dog & they reported them to also be fantastic. My only complaint was that they are so far from my home! I will be searching for an excuse to get back there a soon as possible!”

“I cant say enough about this place. It must be like the Tardis from Dr. Who. Bigger on the inside, because their selection is a beautiful balance of hot, cold, sweet and savory. I had the cuban and its was the best sandwich hands down I’ve ever had. My mother has the biscuits and gravy, again, flawless. The depth of flavor in everything we tried reminded me of international influence while remaining true to southern charm. We went back for dessert and coffee. I will absolutely be going back and recommending it to friends and family. The people there were super friendly and helpful. Amazing food experience and highly recommended.”

“I have no idea why anyone would be giving this place a one- or two star review. 3 MAYBE if it was just an off night. I have eaten here for lunch several times, and every time was awesome. The inside is beautiful and CLEAN. The salsa bar has a great selection, and the food is reasonably priced and tastes incredible! I hate seeing it empty every time I've gone for lunch. This is the best Mexican place in Bristol I've tried so far.”

“I think I found a go-to for spaghetti and lasagna in Bristol. Italiano Cafe I wanted to try a few different things so I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, baked spaghetti and lasagna. I thought the portions would be as small as Olive Garden or Mama Mia's in Abingdon. I was wrong. Not only does this taste better than those 2, these portions are HUGE. It's a 12 inch pie pan full+. For $12-13. 🤓”

I can tell you right now I am really fussy when it comes to calzones, and their spinach mushroom calzone was the best around. their salads are beautifully fresh and tasty and so big! and I can't even describe the Egyptian bread because I could eat it everyday until I die. LOL. the owner is super nice the atmosphere is clean and there's a huge menu selection. definitely check it out you won't be disappointed”

“We were visiting Bristol for a concert and found Eggs Up Grill on Google. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and immediately seated. Our server was fantastic! She was fast, extremely friendly, and on top of everything! Drinks came out quickly, and our food arrived in about 10 minutes, hot and fresh.

I ordered the chicken fried steak with two eggs and a side of grits. My husband had the Homestead Platter. It came with Eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Both meals were absolutely delicious! The only drawback was the portion size of the chicken fried steak. It was tender and very flavorful but surprisingly small, not much bigger than the palm of your hand. For the price, a slightly larger portion would have been perfect.

Aside from that, everything was wonderful. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the prices were fair overall (our total was $40.47 after tip). We’d definitely come back if we’re ever in town again!”

“We were visiting from Knoxville, we rarely eat out as it’s overpriced for quality of food. Puerto Nuevo changed our minds. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean and the staff are dressed professionally with smiles and warmth. The salsa bar is a wonderful way to start with fresh, colorful and flavorful options. We ordered the corn ribs as that was new item we had never seen before. They were wonderful. We chose steak items and the ranchero sauce was delicious and homemade. Valerie was an amazing server and the manager gave us each a free dessert of tres leches that was wonderful way to end the meal. If we lived closer this would be our numero uno place to dine.”

“My family and I absolutely love to eat at Osaka, and have been going for 10+ years. Joe and Cindy, plus their staff, give excellent customer service and make you feel welcome each and every time. They helped make my Mom’s birthday celebration there so special this year. We don’t go anywhere else for hibachi, bento box, clear soup, and sushi. The sushi is especially high-quality, delicious, and looks like art on a plate when served. Last but not least, the restaurant is very clean and tidy.”

However the seating for our wedding anniversary was not really though thru they put us next to a workstation where multiple waiters come to get wine trays etc etc. We enjoyed our time and food the seating arrangements could have been better.”

“I come to this Starbucks often to study and truly love the atmosphere! They have an amazing manger, Debby, she is so cheerful and truly has an amazing team. All the staff is so kind and caring and you can tell they enjoy their jobs! I was studying today and she walked through the door and they were all excited to see her! This was their launch day for Christmas drinks and although it can be a stressful time, they were all so kind and patient!! “Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers on the side was perfect. and A+++ rating from me. The lower ratings on service and atmosphere was because of not experiencing it myself. great job all”

“We went to the store at Exit 63 in Kingsport, near Tri-Cities Airport. We were seated right away, but waited 20 or so minutes with out any service. The tables beside us were quickly waited on. They didn't have many tables seated, so not very busy. We got up and left and drove to Exit 7. We were seated right away, the server (Anna) was there in just a couple of minutes to take our order. The kitchen was slow to get our food out for not being very busy. It was all good, hot and tasty. We typically wouldn't drive to Exit 7 but would return if we are in the area, but we are probably done with Exit 63 location.”

He was amazing. We ordered a ton of food. And i asked for a fruity cocktail of his choice and was handed ,hands down , the best Bahama Mamma ive ever had. And his attitude and personality was spot on 100 percent . He didnt one time rush us, and was super attentive. I bartended for 14 years , theres a certain breed of person for that position...he is top notch!! Hang on to this guy is my advise to Logans. ❤️❤️Im sorry i couldnt remember his name...Im horrible at names. Its embarrassing .”

“Go here a lot. Food is always good. Service is usually good. Bar area is sometimes busy and service at the tables can get slack. It's not their fault, they just need to staff an extra person during busy times. Still love this place and will continue to come!”
