“My husband and I came on Sunday during Rthymn and Roots. Our Jamaican Jerk Chicken was excellent. It is one of my favorite dishes. The fried okra reminds me of something my grandmother would make. It’s delicious and classic southern cuisine. Based on the increased demands from the festival; the staff handled it very well! The customer service we received was above and beyond what we expected under these conditions. I hope the staff are able to get some rest after this. Thanks for the great food and service!!!”

“My husband, an avid fan of our local IHOP, didn't understand why I was insisting to locate & try Perkins on our road trip. We landed in our seats at 2:30, it took us at least 5 minutes to decide what we wanted to order, my husband craving a smoke asked if he would have time to smoke. Our fantastic hostess assured him he would have time, note we were seated as close as possible to the door. He walked out the door & I glanced at the dessert menu then in a blink, our hot food was on the table before my husband could return! It was 2:40! He was so delighted with how delicious his meal was that I got to say "I TOLD YOU IT WOULD BE WORTH IT" & he definitely agreed. I couldn't believe that I could actually order my BLT on SOURDOUGH bread! The Tomato Basil soup was the best that I've ever tasted! I can't remember the name but I searched out the lowest cal dessert, strawberry cream cheese something & it was mouthwatering. He had the Chicken Fried Steak & said it was the most tender he has ever had & he has ordered it from multiple eateries. Served exactly as he had asked. he had ordered a side of gravy because never before had he gotten enough gravy served on his plate. We had to take the side to go because his plate was perfect! We were both so full that we had to take dessert to go. I can't believe MY HUSBAND actually finished his entire banana nut muffin! Sweets are not his thing so I was expecting at least a bite offered to me. I took a 1/2 dozen pumpkin Muffins to family that had kept out dog & they reported them to also be fantastic. My only complaint was that they are so far from my home! I will be searching for an excuse to get back there a soon as possible!”

“We love southern churn, they have the best ice-cream & candy. The staff makes you feel like you are family. My grandson Noah looks forward when we are in Bristol that we go to Southern Churn for a banana split, his favorite. Make sure you visit them when your are in Bristol!!!”

The man who is always there (can’t remember his name) but I just wanna say his customer service is top tier. I think he is a manager it was a manager the other lady her name is Rebecca and she always makes me laugh. So sweet she asks about my day and how I am feeling. Genuinely has gotten to know me in the shirt 1 min I see them each morning. They seem like they care about ya as a person not just a customer. The food is always consistent and the customer is always top tier with these 2. Stop by they will brighten your morning for sure. I would just like to say to them 2 Thanks for still caring about customer service and the impact the small minute you have leaves on us. Hands down best pals in town. “Was looking for a place I could find diet food. Grilled chicken salad worked out, but the dressing calories aren't posted with the salad. Once I ordered, I realized I had way more calories than expected. I skimped on the dressing and enjoyed it anyway.”

“We think that this McAlister’s Deli is the best casual restaurant in Bristol, VA. The staff is professional and friendly; always checking on you! We don’t always get names but a few of the staff including the Manager Travis, Angie, Melanie, Luke and Jody are some of our favorites. This McAlister’s sets an example for how patrons should be treated. We love the spicy turkey melt which 2 can share the larger size, spicy southwest chicken, savannah chopped salad, big filled baked potatoes and the fruit is fresh and flavor-able. And we love the big sized tea that you get free refills.”

“we just recently moved to the area and went to Alfredo's a few months ago for the first time. this food is amazing. I can tell you right now I am really fussy when it comes to calzones, and their spinach mushroom calzone was the best around. their salads are beautifully fresh and tasty and so big! and I can't even describe the Egyptian bread because I could eat it everyday until I die. LOL. the owner is super nice the atmosphere is clean and there's a huge menu selection. definitely check it out you won't be disappointed”

“Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers on the side was perfect. and A+++ rating from me. The lower ratings on service and atmosphere was because of not experiencing it myself. great job all”

“OMGoodness!!! J Frank's has got competition now! Brooklyn Grill & Cafe was so good in all ways! This felt very upscale, for a decent price. The flavors were delicious, the portions were huge, and I mean huge. My filet mignon was bigger than any I've ever seen and for a very reasonable price too! He got the ribeye and he was very happy with the flavor and taste as well.
Everything was cooked to perfection, even the salad was delicious.
The service was top notch. You can really tell, they are aiming for excellence.
We had two steak dinners, with side salads, 2-Yuenglings, and a piece of homemade cheesecake to share, oh so delicious, although wasn't necessary, I'm glad we didn't pass on it.
The entire bill plus tip 25%, was around $150. Very worth it for this upscale of a meal and classy atmosphere. This is the place to celebrate important events for sure.

It is really rather stylish looking inside, with some fun things outside to take pictures with.

“We went to the store at Exit 63 in Kingsport, near Tri-Cities Airport. We were seated right away, but waited 20 or so minutes with out any service. The tables beside us were quickly waited on. They didn't have many tables seated, so not very busy. We got up and left and drove to Exit 7. We were seated right away, the server (Anna) was there in just a couple of minutes to take our order. The kitchen was slow to get our food out for not being very busy. It was all good, hot and tasty. We typically wouldn't drive to Exit 7 but would return if we are in the area, but we are probably done with Exit 63 location.”

My heart is so full that so many people are willing to come together and help someone in need. We are truly thankful. As of today, it's the first time we were able to give one to a customer in need and let me tell ya..I had to go to the bathroom and cry lol.”

“The staff is very friendly and food served fast. Our pizza was served hot and steamy. Although I would have liked a crispy crust the flavor was excellent. We had garlic fries and mozzarella sticks, both were shareable dishes. Although inside the HardRock Casino the atmosphere and energy was high. Excellent for a quick dinner.”

Have had good experiences but this was a total disaster. To top it off would not give me my receipt so I could stub. That was odd. Think meal was eleven something. Will try again and hope this was just a bad day.”
