Living in the North limits my opportunities to eat at Cookout, but I always enjoy it. I love seeing the Bible verses on the cups and we enjoy looking them up and reading them. Service was friendly, cost is better than average for a family and the milkshakes are amazing. The fries didn't impress me but I like everything else.

The last three times I've been spread out over the last two months my order has either been wrung up incorrectly or they've completely given me the wrong food. It wasn't even during a rush. We were the only vehicle in line. You charged me extra for burger toppings I didn't even get while loading it with other things I didn't ask for. Used to go weekly, but won't ever be returning now.

Great food, fast! Went thru drive thru, got 2 meals a soft drink and a shake! Food was perfection, albeit in the moment... but the cheese bites ?

I used to love eating here until my last visit. What happened to the burgers? I remember the meat actually being thick. A double cheeseburger at this last visit had two extremely thin slices of meat that honestly were thinner together than the single piece of meat was on their burgers in previous years. Throw in a sign that limits the time you have to eat and I won't be back. If I can't sit and eat peacefully while having a conversation over a meal with friends I'm not coming.

Took over 30 minutes to get food and then 10 more minutes to get ketchup. Staff not nice was on cell phones.

The food was reliably hot, fresh, and tasty. Our server was nice and funny...his dad jokes were spot on. The restaurant was clean and pleasant. Exactly what we were expecting.

This place was pretty good a couple of years ago, not sure what happened but the last few times I took my kids there it was awful. We don't go out to eat much anymore but in a pinch it was a go to place until the food was chewy and looked old, double fried or nuked, a whole 3 onion rings as a side and tiny, chewy, hush puppies, small chewy chicken tenders and only got 3, they used to give 4 decent sized. The only good thing was the orange push pop shake. Quality and quantity has gone down while prices have gone up. Another place I won't go back to unless it's for a shake.
