Love chipotle BUT my family and I had a horrible experience in this location.The serving staff was nice and let me sit down in the restaurant however there was a particular lady by the name of Ashley who was very rude. She was cleaning the place as in wrapping it up to leave. (She’s actually always organizing the place up)As soon as we sat down she yelled at the cashier something like “the lobby closes at 10” or something like that.( It was like 15 min til 10 )I looked at her and said no worries we’ll eat fast.I get it I’ve worked in restaurants before.But she kept pushing it. She was slamming chairs then started putting all the chairs upside down on the tables. To the point it was just me and my family sitting. I was feeding my baby guacamole and she yelled at the cashier again. “What time do we close again?”That was my turning point, she was so rude. We got up and left. Ruining this place for me never again coming here. I would have not mind if they would have told me sitting was closed BEFORE I started to eat. Doing that when you’re comfortably trying to eat with your family says a lot about a person.

Extremely unfriendly staff. Bought a steak burrito and carne asada salad.Barely added any steak in a large burrito. I wanted a steak salad bowl but was told it won’t be ready. I said I will wait but was told it will take a while, so settled for carne asada. Asked for vegetables and was told it was not ready and will take 20’mins. Asked for hot salsa and there was none. This was peak dinner time and if your ingredients are not ready then you may as well close your location. Staff was unfriendly and wanted to get customers out of their hair. Drink station and restaurant was filthy overall.Also did not pack the food properly, some of the liquids leaked and the bag ripped by the time we reached home. Carne asada was overcooked and tough. Never going back to Chipotle!

I have been using this store for over 10 years, and I feel that the service and food taste are changing as time goes on. I would like to share some of my recent experiences. When ordering togo at the store, I asked for two steak balls to be the same, but when I paid, one side was too felt light, so when I opened it, two types of ingredients were missing. When I spoke to the employee, she didn't say anything, just frowned and threw the ingredients in, giving me a bad look. I couldn't understand why she worked at a place like this. I wondered if the owner or manager didn't provide training to their employees. In several deliveries, the food I ordered was missing. Once a tortilla and once a chip were missing. The food tastes too salty and I can't eat the chips because they are too salty. I miss the old taste and atmosphere.

I was somehow charged an extra 4 dollars for a basic chicken bowl and fountain drink. Wasn't offered a receipt, so unless the price on display and online are both wildly off, I can't tell if it was an accident or not.
Food is always delicious in this location and portions are decent.

Ordered for my wife and I on DoorDash, meal came incorrect and was promptly tossed. Door dash decided I deserved a 20.8% refund which is just unacceptable. I’d love to find a trustworthy restaurant in the area but it’s getting hard.

Worst service ever!! Only had 2 types of meats ready and charged me for cheese sauce. Didn’t have the shredded cheese ready. The cook looks and seems to have an attitude problem with customers. Something needs to change cause this is the 2nd time this has happened.
