So unfortunately the lounge in Dullies was full to capacity so I was forced to find food in the airport. The closest food place to our terminal was Devil's backbone. First let me start off the service was excellent my waitress was constantly checking to make I was good & needed anything. Knowing I had a 8 hour flight I decided on something not too heavy. Airport bar and restaurant. Location matters. Right by gate c3.At 850 they weren’t seating people at the restaurant, just the bar (I arrived at 840). The bar wasn’t serving food since they closed at 930 and were getting ready to close. Waitress offered to serve a pretzel if I wanted so I stayed and got a pretzel and a beer. Best customer service in the airport! I was created while I was passing by. I was seated within seconds and I had my food within ten minutes. I walked from another restaurant on the same concourse because of that restaurant’s poor service. This is like night and day! I walked from the end of D Concourse all the way to this end of C Concourse and it was worth it! Will see you on every trip!
