Baristas didn’t care to inform/give me my drink until the cashier who rang me up asked why I was still not given my drink after 7 people who ordered after me got theirs before mine.
I try to order ahead at this location while entering security at IAD and without fail my drink is always waiting for me on the backend is the terminal shuttle (aka AtAt) moving trams to Terminal DThe workers here are always friendly and efficient although sometimes there is quite a line. All be back next time at IAD for another quality hot drink.

VERY BUSY STARBUCKS. Got my order very quickly,, it was correct and what I would get at any other Starbucks. This is a 5 star review for a airport Starbucks, not a regular Starbucks and definitely not for a regular coffee place. Efficient and pleasant workers.
