We were over in the shopping center for a small car show, and we decided to try Kare Bar for the first time; the space is really nice and cute, and the staff is great. We got the salmon salad, tuna tartare, salmon tartare, and miso glazed eggplant; everything was excellent - very fresh. We loved the dressing on the salmon salad and thought that both of the tartare dishes were seasoned right and weren't too spicy; I would recommend both the tuna tartare and the salmon tarte.
