ASHLEY made my morning with her fast service and on point delicious gingerbread chai latte. The drink was perfect balance of sweetness and other ingredients. Ashley, you are doing an amazing job!!! Thank you for your wonderful service ❤️
This is the Starbucks inside the Dulles town center mall. Generally it is very crowded but today we were able to get our coffee and drinks within five minutes, not a bad start to the weekend.

I don't know why, but this place either has 20 people in line or it's completely empty. Service isn't usually bad and neither is the food/coffee. I can't count the number of times I've seen a spousal argument here because one wanted to get coffee before the flight and the other said they didn't have time ???
