What I ordered:Chicken Lo Mein, small size. In American standards, its portion size is small, but it was the right portion for one person. Don’t get me wrong, I would have eaten a large size but the small was perfect!Location:This place is made for take out. They have a couple tables but it’s really set up for take out.Food Quality:The food tasted like I would have expected, flavors didn’t stand out to me as chicken lo mein isn’t really a flavorful dish. I will say it didn’t taste of salt, so I’ll be going back for another round to try something different.Verdict:Try it out at least once, don’t do what I did.. ordered just one thing. I think this place would be best if you got some appetizers with your meal.

Good General Tso’s chicken, I ordered extra egg rolls because I didn’t realize I got the lunch special. Came with an egg roll and a 12oz soda! Great lunch!
I wanted to like this place, but I'm just disappointed by the food. Maybe I'm ordering the wrong thing? Here's what I got:Szechuan chicken - sliced chicken, onion, and green bell pepper in a syrupy red sauce. No detectable heat or flavors that would be associated with a Sichuan dish.Chicken chow mein - something has gone horribly wrong in translation here. I'm no expert, but "chow mein" = chao mien = sautéed noodles. It's fundamentally a noodle dish. This has no noodles. It was chicken and celery and I think cabbage in a clear sauce. I'm confused.

This was above average on quality of Chinese take out in Charlottesville: the noodles were better than usual and some of the vegetables were quite nicely done. But still, relative to other eateries, this meal (Chow Fun) was disappointing on the flavor, and it tried to make up with it in salt but that really just didn't have any base flavor to latch on.

Affordable, huge portions, delicious Chinese/Asian food. They honestly represent multiple cuisines. The menu is huge, you can basically order anything you think of. The folks are nice and, again, the portions are very generous. This was the takeout Chinese my wife and I ate on the floor of our apartment our first day in town!

This was the second Chinese restaurant that I have tried in Charlottesville, Virginia . Much better food than the first. I have ordered twice, and both times were very good. Phoned my order in, and it only took about 15 minutes and everything was ready. I really like the combination meals as they come with an egg roll and a pop. Their wonton soup is really good, as is their Happy Family meal. The seafood was cooked perfectly. I will be getting all my to go Chinese meals from here.

Good Chinese takeout with all the familiar options. The steamed dumplings were good (not too doughy like other places). Beef and broccoli was good. Very good Week Night Chinese Spot.
