Did a quick day trip to Charlottesville and was recommended to come here by a family member. The trip here did not disappoint! This was by far the best Peruvian chicken place I have had. The chicken was spiced well, and the sides that they had to offer were amazing. The poblano rice was my favorite! If I’m ever back in Charlottesville again, I will be coming back!
The food is delicious, great selection of sauces, I can eat Al Carbon every day and will be happy! The place will expand from what I see and hopefully remain on the same level. Bon apetit!

Food is fresh. Very authentic tacos. Atmosphere is ok. Food comes out a little slow. But it appears they are making everything fresh. No precut or precooked items here. Can be a little pricey.
