The pizza is great and it’s my favorite in town. The ordering system makes the customer have to operate the touchscreen crap and I’m not feeling that at all. When the employees type it in, they also struggle to do it every time and it takes way too long and they seem to struggle as well, even the owners.
I’m sure having customers do the work helps with labor costs but it’s lame from the customer’s point of view. Especially for anyone with vision issues etc....
