Dishes like oysters with camembert ice cream and duck l'orange are excellent, and the canapés, including a brilliant goat cheese on beet with berries and truffle oil, receive high praise. The atmosphere is pleasant, featuring outdoor dining, and the timing of the courses is usually well-managed. For dessert, options like cheesecake sorbet and chocolate truffles are very good. Fleurie Restaurant provides outstanding little tastes between courses, making it a top choice for foodies and those looking to celebrate special occasions. Guests look forward to returning for new foods and wines. The French cuisine is beautifully prepared and elegant. The prix fixe menu was superb with many special choices and additional courses offered by the outstanding chef. Appetizers include lobster bisque and lobster claw with ratatouille. Main courses include lobster tail with pasta in carbonara sauce and veal chop. Desserts include creme brulee and pistachio blondie with pistachio ice cream. In between were special courses including an apple/celery drink, squash blossom, ginger carrot multilayer dish served in an egg shell, cherry cream and a sampling of desserts. It was an incredible meal with very attentive staff and a quiet ambiance. Fleurie has the feel of an intimate French restaurant, tucked along a quiet street.
