Soooo we did a thing. We may have stopped by here after our away soccer game to celebrate a big win with a tropical smoothie dinner. Upon arriving we realized it may have been helpful to call ahead to give a heads up that 26 people would be storming the castle with just the 2 employees on staff tonight. Even so, these two people were absolute ROCKSTARS! They both were cordial, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We had them running around that kitchen like crazy but they seemed up for the challenge and delivered all of our orders without error and with a smile on. The young lady that was working even had the social awareness to address the customers waiting behind some of our orders to let them know she was sorry for any delay and that she would be with them ASAP. This dynamic duo was IMPRESSIVE! Recommending both for a raise and high marks for food and service here! I tried the new MANGO BACON BRIE FLATBREAD. I was not disappointed. Thank you guys for the amazing experience and kindness!

Was very happy with tropical smoothie and coming in once a week or more. Came in today and the lady that was working on our smoothie was very nice then she went to wait on someone elseanother lady that had made two trips to the dumpster came back in. Didn't wash her hands and starts finishing our smoothie. I'm not very picky but that's a no no in restaurants care for food management. So I spent 40.00 on smoothie to go in the trash.

I’m very frustrated with my recent experience at this location. I was overcharged on my order and couldn’t get a refund because they said there wasn’t a manager on site who could authorize it. Which I think just isn’t true, but if it is, then why wouldn’t there be a manager there in case of a situation like this. Then, there were the actual smoothies that either tasted sour like the strawberries went bad or tasted like they were missing most of the ingredients. I ordered the monsoon and could only taste the mango, that was it. I think the reason they rushed through my order was because they wanted to get back to their “break” because when I first arrived and then left, the person who took my order was just sitting at one of the tables on their phone with some chips. I won’t ever come back to this location, especially when there’s no manager to manage the situation and make sure the quality is up to the standards they advertise.

Their food & smoothies are EXCELLENT! The only reason why I am not giving them a perfect 5/5 is because they don't know how to answer their phone for curbside or other questions. Other than that, everything is great.

What's the point of curbside ordering if no one brings it outside and it melts on the counter? Very disappointed. I eventually had to go inside to pick it up while having trouble walking and with 2 toddlers. Smoothies are too expensive to attempt to do this again.

This location never lets me down and I highly recommend for a flavorful and nice sized smoothie. There's never a wait (at least when I go) and the food and smoothies come out within minutes. Never had a complaint about their food or smoothies. I recommend the pomegranate plunge, it's very very good. I've had the chicken caprese and the chicken quesadilla, both of which were tasty. I guess my only note is that I asked for the caprese on a different bread and she confirmed my selection but then still gave me the wrong bread. Luckily it was still good so it's not much of a problem!

mostly for the manager I guess: it's a Friday evening so maybe don't make 1 person carry the load of 2 or 3 workers. my dude is EXTREMELY in-the-weeds (I know that look; been there) and behind on every order--even the ones ordered ahead. food selection is wide and healthy so it's a disservice to not have this place staffed adequately. great kids menu and tasty smoothies.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. We went into this Tropical Smoothie today Oct 9 and there was no one in line, so we went to the register to place our order. We were completely and utterly ignored by the workers here for 15-20 minutes. After waiting that long, we asked the workers how long they think it would be until we could place our order, they looked at us and completey ignored us again which is when we left. The workers here are extremely rude to customers and it's honestly unacceptable. I will not be coming back.

Walked in to this establishment to have lunch, during normal working hours, today Monday August 29th. There were no customers in the store, but the staff member behind the counter said they were only taking online/ call-in food orders because she was the only staff member working?!?! Ok, so I can get on my phone and order a meal and come pick it up, with only you in the store, but I can't directly tell you what I want and sit there and eat it? I throw my trash away, you literally have the same job whether online or in person, hand me a bag of food to consume. So many questions! Why keep the front door open? Just open it for each online customer that show up. Is this store policy? Why not hang a huge sign on the door to keep people out? I do not recommend this restaurant based upon the lack of consideration to all customers.
